“We have been to Bijoux over the last few years and each time has been truly amazing! The food has never disappointed and the service is wonderful (we really like Lisa as our server). The wine selection is not huge but does have very nice options for any occasion. Great appetizers (Crab Beignets are a favorite) and their Filet Mignon is the best we have found in South Walton. Last evening my wife and I split the 20oz Cowboy Ribeye (med. rare +) and it was so good! They also make their own desserts and we usually get the Cheesecake (last night’s was Orange Marscapone) and a couple of scoops of sorbet(so good!). Can’t wait to go back again.“

“Wd ate put on the large patio. Service was great, responsive and attentive. It is dog friendly, we kept our elderly dog in the car because we wore him out on a walk. We asked to sit close to the parking so we could keep an eye on him. The waiter brought us out a bowl of water for our dog. It was very appreciative. We got the Brisket Burrito and it was very good. It is a dry burrito so you have yo dip it in a cheese sauce. It was good and the complimentary salsa and chips were very good as well. I left there stuffed and happy!“

“This is one of those reviews that you are reluctant to write because it will only mean you’ll have more competition to get a table.

But this business is hands-down the best sushi in the entire area. Not least because the fish is fresh, the restaurant itself is lovely and clean and spacious, but because they make you feel so welcome. The owner will come up to your table without fail, recognizing you if this is a return visit, and without any awkwardness make you feel welcome.

The restaurant is oversubscribed. They do not have online reservations and you need to arrive knowing that you might be on the waitlist. But with a little patience, you will be rewarded handsomely.

My favorite part however, is that when the tourists flock into Santa Rosa Beach, the owner and his wife shoot off on grand Summer adventures elsewhere and close that little shop for most of June and July. The reason being that they belong to an elite set of restaurants that are able to fill every cover throughout the week with locals for the rest of the year.

With that rare combination of great food, ambience and personal service, they don’t even need the summer rush.“

“Stopped in for the first time. It is a cozy eating Area. My Salmon Ceasar salad was very nice. The dressing was subtle and not overpowering. The salad was only the nice parts of the Romaine. My wife had a Salmon sandwich which was also very good. The bread was soft and tasty. Salmon was a good size and well prepared. Waitstaff was attentive but not bothersome. I cant believe how sophisticated it is, how wonderful the menu was (high prices, but you ACTUALLY get money's worth) and you are treated like the highest class of guest by the staff. The Chateaubriand for 2 was served and sliced up at the table. It was so soft it was indescribable. The texture, the taste, the visual presentation. I would've paid that for half of what I got from that meal honestly. It came with A special type of potatoes, Zucchini, and squash. Its the whole loin served up too. Plenty of food, if not too much, for 2 people. We complemented our meal with the Espresso martini. Which was also beyond its worth in value in taste alone. There is a dress code, and id advise looking it up prior to arriving. Not horribly fancy, just business casual. No open toe shoes. Etc.“

“First place I stopped with the wife. The shareable Grouper was my favorite dish at this place. It’s a great view, the live music was fine. All in and all it isn’t a bad place to be if you’re staying at the resort. Nothing to drive to though if you aren’t staying there.“
