Nice shop, conveniently located while visiting the downtown area with our adult son & his family. The grandkids definitely enjoyed the experience. The store does have a decent selection for its size, as well as a couple tables with chairs & shade out front for the kids to explore their treasures for a few minutes before we continued on.We would visit again. Moved to the area about 4 months been coming here for about 3 months. I try to bring my 2 kids here every tuesday, it has great fresh chocolates along with all kinds of amazing gelatis, the place gives off a 1980’s candy shop. If you were a fan of Village Coffee Pot, those smooth Lattes, and other flavored coffees have moved across the street to the Mount Dora Confectionary. I stopped in for a caffein fix before heading back to South Carolina, and met a great group of residents that are part of an 8 AM coffee club. Super friendly owner and guests welcomed me in as one of their own.
