Choice hotdogs! really everything that comes out of the food truck is straight fire. just found out they are gonna be at Swan Brewing every Monday, Therefore I will be there every Monday. I've been on this mac n cheese kick all last week, swing by tonight and lo and behold, they have a magnificent Mac n cheese dog with tortilla chips. got cheese all up my nose and down my dress and couldn't be happier! If you love to eat, indulge in Fat Maggie's. Your face hole and tummy will be satisfied and eager for more. elote dog is life“

“Out-of-towner happy to have landed at Zest for a late, Sunday afternoon lunch on a day trip to tour Bartow's interesting Wonder House, with quick, unplanned visits to the L.B. Brown House Museum and the Bartow History Center. Located on a side street a couple of blocks from the old town square Zest has a quiet, unassuming appearance with off-street parking and an outside, covered dining patio. Inside seating includes booths, tables and the bar in a large, high-ceilinged, sort of dimly lit dining area with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Regan, (I think was her name) was efficient, and attentive and just right friendly. Our food - we both had fish and chips with cole slaw - was excellent - the slaw was good - chunky cut with vinegar-based dressing rather than mayo-based, medium cut fries and the fish were very good - tender and crisp (the fish lightly battered). Definitely would be a repeat customer if I was a local. Planning to return to Bartow for a scheduled tour of the L.B. Brown House and to explore more of the History Center and it will be hard to decide whether to try a different restaurant or to return here where we really enjoyed the service, the meal and the space.“

“I’ve eaten here a few times and I’m never disappointed. Tonight I had the chicken and dumplings with okra and collard greens. Even though all of the food was delicious, but the greens were outstanding! Our waitress Bonnie was very nice and efficient.“

“Beautiful driving range very big, nice grass and super friendly and helpful service. So this was my first time going here since I’ve just been getting back into golf and I’ve been having trouble making good contact with the ball and a man that works there named GOAT came up and helped me with my stance and wow what an improvement! I’ve been to a few other places and you never get any help like that from the staff I will definitely be going back here ASAP and often! Can’t wait to play the course here! “The buffet style restaurant was nice. It was very busy. The selection of food was good I loved the dessert bar the most. Haha.... there was 1 rude worker that ran my foot over with the dish cart but I was hungry and didnt speak up so my fault for not but they should habe noticed the big lump in the floor and apologized. “I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. “Was in town watching dogs for someone, and saw that this place A) exists and B) has cheesesteaks. I will try a cheesesteak anywhere, even if gunfire is happening around me. Thankfully, this restaurant is in a no fire zone. But for this sandwich, it would be worth the risk and the added expense of kevlar. I kid you not, their “Awesome Philly Sub” is that and more. I can’t remember eating a better cheesesteak in 2 decades, and I’ve most certainly tried. Two thumbs up isn’t quite enough… I’ll have to borrow some extra thumbs from my enemies to add to the score. Highly recommended! And I’m a cheesesteak snob… they conquered my appetite and I’ll most definitely be back when I’m out this way again. If you live in Lakeland and love sandwiches and HAVEN’T TRIED THIS PLACE, you are missing out and are making a bald eagle cry. I can’t prove that second one, but it sounds legit.“

“We took our food to go, but from what we saw the place looked really clean and nice. The food was incredible! We got a little bit of everything and all dishes were a hit! The grilled tilapia with fries were such great portions and that shrimp po boy with that special sauce wow!!! Grilled shrimp was also delicious. Would totally be back when I’m in Lakeland again and recommend this place.“

I'm a truck driver got in town late, found this place on Google and went to order they stop serving food at 11:30, I ordered and let them know I would be there right before the closes at 12 midnight, they called me back shortly before I arrived to get an update on my arrival, so that my food was hot and fresh. The service and the staffs attuneds were outstanding, I as a truck have rarely found service as good as these guy and gals. 100 out of 10 ratting would recommend!“

The food is always a massive amount pf food for the price you pay. Its pretty messy food sometimes but so worth it! And the server in the mornings is amazing! “We’ve been to this restaurant several times, many times late after my son’s football game. The food is consistently good, although we prefer the old nachos. We’ve enjoyed apps, burgers, and wings. Our server, Cole, has been amazing every time. Whether it’s an hour before closing or a packed house on a Saturday night, he is polite and efficient with a smile on his face. He’s on his A game every time. We will continue to go here and hope to see Cole every time.“

“After having a terrible experience at Gators Dockside my wife and I decided to go to beefs. We were greeted by the manager Jason and another employee named Casey. They opened the door for us and welcomed us in. Our waitress came right over and took our drink order and our dinner order. She was very efficient and friendly. Her name was Jenna. After dinner as we were leaving the manager opened the door for us and told us to have a good night. This is what I call excellent customer service. Most places are lacking in this area nowadays. Would recommend for sure“
