“Besides the girl implying I'm older than I am the people are nice there. Food is good like usual. Dual food lanes makes drive thru nice. The only flaw is if the person infront of you has a order taking longer than yours they bring you yours and then you are stuck 😅

“Did a large pick up Saturday, August 10, 2024 drove an hour home to realize that it was wrong. This is the third time we had pick up and it was wrong so my suggestion is to always check before you pull away. Called and spoke to a manager and she told me to come back up on Sunday and she would take care of it Today, Sunday, August 11, 2024, and she replaced my order. Customer service is all about.“

“I really love Zaxby's but I wish sometimes they will give me extra seasoning when I asked for it other than that I don't have no complaints your employees are very nice always and drive through a very friendly and then I have not had no problems thank you very much for the wonderful service really appreciate it“
