“I never really had an issue with this location. But I would like to point out the customer service.
I was having car issues while having my children with me. While waiting for my husband to show up, I came inside for the AC but also to get the kids a little something while we waited. My 1 yr old was having a break down while we waited on some fries. The young woman name Quin made it a point to try and help call him down. Also once our order was ready, she quickly brought it over to us so I could feed my hangry child. I greatly appreciate her going up and beyond like that.“

“Stopped by this location for breakfast on our way to do some fishing around 6am on a Saturday. The young man at the drive thru window was very nice and polite. He greeted us and asked how we were doing! Even asked if we're doing some fishing today and said good luck and to enjoy our day. You just don't find this kind of service anymore..We bought a bag of ice and actually started driving off when he yell to us..sir! Your ice...lol. Thank you young man for being kind! Keep up the great service!!!“

“UnFiltered is a wonderful local gem — a cozy, whimsical coffee shop and bookstore with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious, and their coffee flights are awesome, with lots of fun flavors to choose from. The space is beautifully decorated, with plenty of unique seating options that make it easy to relax, read, or chat with friends. I especially loved how cozy and inviting everything felt, and be sure to check out the charming bookstore upstairs — it’s a must-see. A delightful spot to unwind and enjoy great vibes all around.“
“This place is absolutely the bomb! We have been living here since 2013 and we have driven past this place so many times, however, we didn't realize what kind of a place it is! They have such a large variety of teas all these different flavors it is so amazing! I ended up getting a sweetened watermelon iced tea and I bought a little cup of blueberries to put on the top. they are so nice here and they have such a selection! I definitely give them a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Go check them out you will not be disappointed!“

“My absolute favorite place to get stuff done in all of Lakeland!! Such a relaxed atmosphere, I haven’t had a single bad drink from here! The selection of food isn’t super big, but everything is locally made and absolutely yummy! One of the best hidden gems in Polk by far :)“

“To the girl who was working the drive thru window today around 130pm please know you are the sweetest angel. I have never had such a positive experience from a Starbucks employee ever. I typically get poor attitudes and the feeling of not being ‘welcomed’ but this girl was so sweet and caring and put a smile on my face after a really horrible day. So thank you! “I went into Hometown Nutrition after I learned about them through Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida The owner kindly supports this nonprofit I love. As a 2 time survivor I had to try the tea named Survivor and it was delicious! I'm excited to return as a football fan to dive into those drinks as well. Bucs Nation may be next. She has t-shirts and is as kind as they come for a small business owner. I'll be back.“

“I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.“

“Fantastic flavor! Generous portions. The most flavorful shredded chicken I’ve ever had. I was very full after only one arepa, so good value. My kids loved it & ate the whole thing! Super cute atmosphere for dining in. We will def come back 👍“

“Jaime was amazing. Thank you for your attentiveness. It normally takes about 10 minutes for just a black cup of coffee(reason I rarely go anymore to Starbucks). Jaime gave me my coffee at the register brought me a refill to the table. Take about amazing! Thank you!“

“Just found our new favorite breakfast spot! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly! They offer craft coffee which is not only unique to most breakfast spots, but its also super yummy! My husband got the Country Boy Scramble, I got the Biscuits and Gravy, and we split an order of the French toast sticks. When I tell you we almost fought over the French toast its not an exaggeration! They were absolutely delicious; the custard was made perfectly and they were super crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! My husband said his scramble bowl was good (high praise in his book), and my biscuits and gravy were phenomenal! The biscuit was fluffy and dense, and the gravy had that extra bit of pepper that really set it over the edge. We will 100% be back, and I recommend this place to anyone!“
