“Amber Cove in Naples delivered an exceptional dining experience that was nothing short of a journey through flavor.
From the moment we arrived, bartender Seth and owner Tim provided truly outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and commitment to guest satisfaction elevated the evening and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
We started with the Wagyu sliders, which were executed flawlessly. The patties were perfectly charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. Paired with a rich chive jam and sweet sautéed onions, each bite delivered a beautiful balance of savory and sweet flavors.
The Caesar salad was equally impressive. Crisp, fresh, and dressed with a house-made Caesar dressing that was crafted to perfection.
The highlight of the evening was the 36-hour braised short rib. Presented beneath aromatic applewood smoke, the dish was both visually stunning and deeply satisfying. The tender beef was complemented by sweet caramelized onions, vibrant orange-glazed rainbow carrots, and silky chive truffle mashed potatoes. Every component worked in harmony, creating layers of flavor that unfolded with each bite.
Amber Cove has mastered the art of combining exceptional cuisine with genuine hospitality. Between the remarkable dishes, the thoughtful presentation, and the outstanding service from Seth and Tim, this was a dining experience that will be remembered. “Great food, but why do you offer a complimentary bread course with pickup and delivery and then never actually send a bread course…ever? Again tonight it was requested and no bread course. Stop offering it if you aren’t going to send it.“

Siccome è molto frequentato, consiglio di fare una prenotazione per assicurarsi un tavolo. Il servizio di valet parking è un ulteriore vantaggio. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il servizio è stato semplicemente eccezionale. Joe ci ha accolti con una gentilezza straordinaria, facendoci sentire a nostro agio subito. Poco dopo, è passato Federico con un’attenzione speciale, seguito da Miri, che ci ha presentato i piatti del giorno, risposto alle domande, offerto suggerimenti e ha preso parte dell’ordine insieme a Bella, che ci ha servito le bevande con cura e professionalità. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta in modo rapido e perfetto. Il menù è eccezionale, i sapori sono straordinari e i prezzi sono pienamente adeguati alla qualità eccellente che offrono. “After arriving in Naples on Sunday, we eased into town in the best possible way: an alfresco dinner at Veranda E at Hotel Escalante. In a destination where many restaurants trade heavily on hype—sometimes at the expense of food or service—Veranda E sets a notably higher standard and delivers on every level. We began with Kung Pao calamari, perfectly crisp with just enough heat to keep things interesting, followed by Osetra caviar perched atop pavé potatoes—rich, indulgent, and utterly sinful in the best sense of the word. From there, the evening only improved. The steaks were exceptional: a prime filet and a grass-fed Australian ribeye (my personal favorite cut), each cooked beautifully and served alongside asparagus and mashed potatoes. A simple description hardly does them justice—these were steaks that commanded attention without theatrics. Service was spot-on throughout—polished, warm, and effortlessly attentive. The poolside setting added its own magic, just across the water from our bungalow, which became our home away from home for the week. With the soft evening air and understated elegance of Hotel Escalante as a backdrop, the entire experience felt both refined and deeply relaxing. Veranda E doesn’t overpromise. It simply excels—and in Naples, that distinction matters.“
