“Outstanding Pizza Experience at Al’s Pizza in Neptune Beach!
I just had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Al’s Pizza in Neptune Beach, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations.
The Food - Simply Perfect
We started with their Caesar salad, which arrived almost immediately and was nothing short of impeccable. Fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor - it set the tone for what would be an amazing meal.
The star of the show was their 16-inch pepperoni pizza (their large size). The speed of service was remarkable - it arrived incredibly fast without sacrificing any quality. Every bite was pure perfection, with the ideal balance of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings.
Unbeatable Happy Hour
Their daily happy hour from 2 PM to 6 PM is an absolute steal! We enjoyed their house-made German pilsner-style beer for just $3 each. This isn’t your typical mass-produced beer - it’s crafted in-house and tastes amazing. The quality rivals much more expensive craft beers.
Exceptional Service
The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from Britnie. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and professional service made our experience truly special. It’s rare to find service this exceptional, and she deserves all the recognition for her 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.
The Atmosphere
The restaurant has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere with beautiful industrial-style pendant lighting and a clean, modern aesthetic. You can tell they’ve put thought into creating a space where people want to spend time.
Final Thoughts
Al’s Pizza delivers on every level - exceptional food that arrives quickly, fantastic value during happy hour, and service that goes above and beyond. This is definitely a must-visit spot in Neptune Beach. We’ll absolutely be back!

“From the first bite, it was clear this was no ordinary Italian. It was the most delicious, authentic Italian food I've ever had. The ingredients were impossibly fresh, bursting with flavor that spoke of love and dedication. House-made salad dressings, one a vibrant pesto, transformed even the simplest greens into a gourmet experience. And the bread! Oh, the bread! Each chewy, crusty bite was a testament to their craft, a warm hug on a cold day. Must trys the brushetta, the cheesecake, cannoli, I recommend it all. But it wasn't just the food that touched our hearts. In the midst of our grief, D&LP reminded us of the power of kindness, They poured their souls into every dish, and you could taste it in every morsel. “Best pizza in Jax, hands down! I cannot say enough about the quality of their food AND service. The wait staff is always making sure my family and I have everything we need when we visit and the owner always stops by to talk with us and make sure we are good too. Everyone is so friendly, my kids ask to come every weekend now, so we will be coming back soon! It is a short walk away from the beach, the outdoor seating gives a nice breeze and scenery, the place is also always spotless... They are ON POINT. I Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you guys for being so awesome!“

“I walked into Tony's last night needing a pizza quickly. The restaurant has the feel of the pizza places of my youth in New York and the northeast. We had the Margherita that was delicious. Their marinara sauce is one of the best that any of us have ever had. I strongly recommend Tony's!!“

“I have ordered Pizza here more times than I can count (probably 1-3 times a month average). I cannot speak to the other things on their menu other than the pizza, bread bites, and cheese breads because I have not ordered them in the past.
They are typically done right when the app alerts me and have always been very friendly when I walk in. At this point one of the managers knows my face as well as a few workers. It makes me feel like a valued customer to feel welcomed when going to pick up.
The pizza itself is always done so well. I am not a huge fan of sausage and would not recommend that on any of their pizzas because I don't think it is that good of quality but also keep in mind I am not a huge fan of sausage. I will say their bacon is impressively good for the expectations I had going into ordering this on my pizza, and the crust seems to always be done perfectly.
They also have a little sitting area and a table or two inside. I have not dined in yet but will likely plan to at some point in the future.“

“I just want to reiterate that I went to biggies pizza last night and ordered pizza and Angie and Ben were very welcoming and courtesy.and the place had a pleasant feel to it . This morning I got a text from Ben that’s the manager there., he informed me that I had left my wallet there. I had no ideal or missed my wallet at the time , but I want to thank Ben for his honesty and character for contacting me about this situation, it could’ve been someone that could have taken advantage and used my information to their advantage. “This location is a very nice place to get pizza. I asked for someone to write or draw me something nice because I was feeling down, and he/she/they drew a Spongebob and the words "Keep your chin up" inside the box. “This is the only place I go for Gyros. They are the best!! I went today and ordered the Gyro Combo and a large tray of Baklava...HIGHLY recommend both! Russell is who waited on me, he knew I had a long drive before I was going to be able to eat. He made sure everything was wrapped and separated in my container so the pita bread would not get soggy, he also put vent holes in the container. These people are the friendliest you will find in any place to eat.. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING YOU! I CAN NOT say this enough, THE FOOD AND SERVICE are EXCELLENT 👌“

“We had a 1 topping pizza, but we were able to get pepperoni on one side and Italian sausage on the other side (delicious) we happened to have a 1 large topping pizza for free coupon, so we used that, Alex was so sweet and kind to us, he made sure we had everything we needed like plates, parmesan, red peppers, and napkins. “(Keep in mind LARGE family 2 adults and 5 kids)…So 2 weeks ago we ordered dominoes delivery we get the pizza cold and burnt we call back explain what’s wrong very rude but sent us another pizza 45 mins later the exact same way!!
