“Angie’s has the best sandwich in Jacksonville. Perfectly located on the way to or from the beach. Angie’s collection of photos, surf gear, and creative wall art will make you feel like you’re a part of the Jax Beach community when you eat there. Their French fries are also delicious and perfectly crispy. Grab a bottle of Peruvian sauce to take home, you’ll be craving it.“

“Daniel took our order and he was the sweetest! Great customer service and great recommendations. We got a side of fries from here and they were amazing! Perfectly crisp on the outside. My sub was also delicious- fresh ingredients on tasty bread. Overall great experience and will 100% be back.“

“First time I've been to Great Harvest Bread co and by far the Best sandwich I've ever eaten! The fresh handmade bread is so amazing! Great prices and honestly the best lunch I've had in a while...cheaper than McDonald's and it's good 4u. The service was wonderful, they treated me like a friend instead of just the next guy in line i felt so welcome here I will definitely be back.“

“I had the sliders, which were amazing! This location seems a bit removed from major traffic areas, although it is very close to Jax Beach. Unfortunately, no direct beach front views :( The service was great though, & it has a very fun, relaxed, beachy vibe to it :)Parking: There is free parking, but the lot is smaller. However, this seems to be OK for this area.“

“This sub shop is simply delightful. My sister and I were in the area due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Our dining experience at this restaurant was the highlight of our stay. “I had ordered a meal for pick up and was in a car accident on the way to pick it up. I called and let the staff know because I was not sure if I would be able to make my pick up time. I finally arrived an hour later and the cashier with the blonde hair gave me a fresh beverage and an extra cookie! Very nice staff!“

“This was my 2nd time ordering from here but this 2nd time was extra special because I had a rough day and was just leaving the pediatrician with my infant whom had a fever of 103.8. I called the store abs got Steve on the phone and he was so nice and helpful when I asked if he could bring my order to the door. That really impacted my customer service experience because a simple gesture went a long way. Thanks again Steve.“

“Don’t listen to all these bad reviews!!!! They wouldn’t know if a good sub was in front of them If it hit them in the head! Don’t know what they put this sub but that was the best Italian sub I never had!!!!! Super big with lots of everything in it! And the bread had the be the freshest and softest bread to ever be put on a sub hands down! I have lived here my whole life and never liked Angie’s or sun deli. Just Publix subs or a few other places. This place steals the show for subs! Go and support this place! It’s local!“

“I live in Alabama. My girlfriend is from Jacksonville. I was introduced to this gem back in November 2023 when she brought me there for lunch. I wasn’t aware what this little sandwich shop was about but now I understand. I had the Mean Machine and my goodness. That is an amazing sandwich!! I was hooked. I thought about that sandwich once a week if not more until we went back this past weekend and I had it again! It was even better this time!! I cannot wait to go again! “Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“

From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me warmly and patiently guided me through the menu, as I hadn't been there in a while. His friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home.I decided to try the Bootlegger sandwich, and I was blown away by how quickly it was made and how delicious it tasted! “These are my favorite subs ever, hands down. I had to go back to the beach recently and after a 12 hour drive, stopped at Larry’s for a quick dinner. They didn’t disappoint. I ordered the cold pepperoni sub and it was just as good as I remembered from 10 years ago.“

“This is a great Larry’s. Larry’s has been a staple since my childhood so it’s special to me Iike a lot of places in Jax. I play favorites to the Kongs Club so I can’t say much on the other subs they have to offer. I do not like their desserts but if you want a good size sub made to order definitely try this Larry’s.“
