“Absolutely the BEST ice cream around. As a family we drive an hour nearly every week to eat Jake's ice cream...YES, it's that good! Incredibly kind owner and staff as well, this place is a must visit if in the Sarasota area (and beyond!) Once you've tasted Jake's ice cream it's hard to ever eat anything else, he's raising the standards for homemade ice cream with every flavor - although we all have our favorites we've never tried one we didn't like!! (My personal favorite is Salty Turtle)“

“As an unabashed "coffee snob", I take my bean juice seriously and have roasted my own green coffee beans for the past 5 years-ish. Tragically, I failed to monitor my "green" back-stock, ran out and learned this morning that my order wouldn't arrive until next week ?. In a panic I searched local roasters, found this place, bought some Ethiopian whole bean (roasted 1 day earlier) and got my espresso fix by 7:30am. It was delicious. Validation for me after dumping Starbucks years ago that FRESH ROAST MATTERS. Thank you BGCR for being there when I needed the real deal.

“This coffee shop is set up really nicely . I went there on a Friday morning, which was my first time there and I got myself a lemon mint tea which was non caffeinated and there sausage, cheese, and egg bagel that was good. The staff I talked to had a great personality and that the atmosphere of the place is definitely a great place if your looking to hangout or even study.“

“This is one of the friendliest and most courteous Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited!\n\nI’m staying in Lido Key for two months and was initially disappointed to see the St. Armand’s Circle store temporarily closed. That meant finding another nearby Starbucks—and I’m so glad I found this one and will continue to go out of my way to visit.\n\nThe team here is incredibly organized, friendly, and efficient. They serve a high volume of customers with such passion and dedication—it’s clear that this level of service starts at the top and extends to every team member.\n\nOn just my second visit, I walked in and was warmly greeted by Leslie—who not only remembered my name but also asked if I wanted my usual short black dark roast! I was beyond impressed and continue to feel genuinely valued every time I visit, whether in-store or at the drive-thru.\n\nA huge THANK YOU to the entire team for making each visit such a positive start to my day. “I primarily use the drive through because of mobility issues but the Baristas here are always friendly and serve you as quick as possible. During the pandemic and Hurricane Ian, with limited store hours, weaker morals and limited personnel, they still managed to deliver and maintain good attitudes with the customers, quick and professional service and great tasting products on the daily. Thanks Dunkin’ and all of its hard working employees !! GM“

“this new location is very nice, but the girl at the drive thru today (who was obviously in training) made an error when taking my order.... when I got to the window my order went from being $9.33 to $10.17! isn't it customary that when a Starbuck's employee fouls up that I shouldn't be charged the difference? my order jumped up in price due to the employees admitted mistake. no apology, just wanted the greater difference! service is always good for the most part despite today's small issue.“

“Today I ordered a tuna on everything bagel with lettuce and tomato, my wife ordered a chicken salad on everything bagel. So my tuna had no lettuce or tomato and there was about a teaspoon of tuna and on two bagel bottoms with no top. My wife’s plain chicken salad came with a normal amount of chicken salad but with lettuce and tomato and on all tops.“
“This is a top favorite place in my hometown of Venice. The team is knowledgeable, helpful and hilarious. They participate in local events, offer special deals just like the Lebanese spice packet and the accompanying recipe which was, by the way, delicious. Ample parking off season, not too bad during season. Check it out!“

“Well 4-5 months ago I was in there and had a horrible experience- was dirty, staff was rude, food not ready etc… i left a bad review and they called me to make it right. I have been out of town all summer and we stopped in this morning. Staff still doe not welcome customers but they seemed like better employees, more energy, not on drugs, and not loud rap music playing. It seemed cleaner and now where pick up is there was the pick up display! Thank you for listening to reviews to make your place better. Liking this dunkin better every time!“

“It's 2pm and our 1st time at this DD location. The young man and young lady at the counter were super friendly and very welcoming. The coffee & hot tea were fresh and so were our donuts. The place is HUGE and beautiful. Lots of comfy sitting. Will probably be one of our favorite DD locations.“

“Came here a few weeks ago while on vacation with my boyfriend and loved it! Food was great/high quality but pricy, the matcha I had was good but had a little too much milk to the ratio of matcha, and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. Didn’t take long to get our food out we were very impressed! Can’t wait to come back to visit :)“

“Probably the first Dunkin I go to around Sarasota County that is clean and well decorated inside. It was so cute and cozy inside. Looked pretty clean as well. Liked the decoration they had up for Valentine’s Day. The staff did look a bit out of it but the place made up for it. Understand not everyone is happy all the time.“
