“My daughter n I decided to take a road-trip (from Kentucky) back to Sarasota so she could experience the best Sandwhich ever. She’s now a 5th generation Selph to have the luxury to eat one of these amazing Subs!!! The owners were gracious enough to hook us with a few subs to eat right then and then 10 more with all the ingredients separated so we could keep enjoying these awesome subs for the rest of our journey to close out the new year! “There's certain restaurants that you absolutely treasure, this is one of them. You almost have to know that this place exists and when you do...you'll be there 6 days a week ordering a sub for lunch. Ive tried so many things on the menu and i am stuck deciding which one is the best. Its too hard!! The owner is the chef and is super passionate about making sure you have a great tasty and delightful sandwich. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Some of my favorites are steak and cheese, pepper and egg, and tuna. I also would like to comment about how nice the staff is. They all are such nice people and go out of their way to make sure your order is complete and everything from the simple things like napkins are in your to go bag! Thank you so much for awesome lunches!! Andd keep up the good work!!“
“When we are looking for a quick lunch and great food, this is one of top choices in Venice FL. We are creatures of habit and have been getting the tuna sub with pickles and cheese and are never disappointed. Highly recommended for that quick meal fix!!! And a portion of the profits support local Public Safety Departments with new life saving equipment - a win/win for great food and community support!!!“
“This IS one of my favorite Restaurants, EVER. The best Subs I ever had, fresh. And Soup is like so hearty and good. I had Gastric Bypass surgery in 2011, and this 4" sub and 8 ounce soup is so good, the right size and filling. And you can NOT beat the prices. Love love love it. ❤️“
“This is our 2nd time visiting this restaurant…both times were equally amazingly delicious. We had meals from spaghetti w/meatballs, stuffed shells, shrimp scampi, penne w/vodka sauce. We were here tonight to celebrate our sons 17th birthday. I called to make a reservation for 9 of us, the owner was so appreciative of our group being there tonight. We met the chef, he made some very special dishes for us tonight. It is a hidden gem in this small plaza. Seating is very limited, so if you are going as a large party, I would recommend making a reservation. Highly recommend this restaurant for your next Italian night.“
“Great spot for one of the classic Jimmy John subs and sandwiches. Lots of chatter about this chain some good and some bad depending on individual ships. I visited the one in Venice three times before writing this review and I was not disappointed in the least. Clean, bright atmosphere and top notch fresh food. Try it.“
“I recently visited here with my 1-year-old son. It was his first time there, and he was so excited to try a sub! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, ?and they went above and beyond to make sure that our subs were delicious and satisfying.They took the time to talk to us about our preferences and make sure that our subs were made exactly the way we wanted. The subs were absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the meats and cheeses were of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs of Venice to anyone looking for a great sub sandwich.In addition to the great food, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were spotless, and the tables were wiped down after each customer. The staff also were so happy to give my son his very first jersey mike’s sub experience one to remember.Kid-friendliness: They were just so sweet to my lil boy so involved these two need a raise for sure !!“
“This is the subway right near my work Conditioned Air and they are always so friendly, professional, and always great when it comes to making my food. They always honor military, veterans, and first responders which is near and dear to my heart. A lot of subway branches do not honor military although they should. This branch is by far my favorite subway branch in SW FL if you love subway this is the one to visit while in the area. Great experience“
