“While vacationing in Cape Coral. We found PDQ(S.Cleveland) Family of 7,we got the family pack plus drinks. This meal was delicious Service was great and very friendly. Hats off to the manager whom explained the freshness and different sauces She was so friendly and made sure our first visit was great. Sadly we was there on Thursday and we had plans to return Friday but didn't realize the closing time was 8 ( we missed it by about 15 minutes)we was disappointed we didn't make it back. But as my kids headed back to Tn early Sat they did stop at one further up the interstate. Thank you PDQ. We will be back when kids come to visit!! For it will be worth the 1 1/2 drive!!!!! Oh we all agreed that was best restaurant meal we had that whole week THANK. YOU“

“This like many chick fil a is a hard spot to get into. Granted it'd been there long before the population boom down here. It needs an over head drove through so the staff outside have shade and you don't get rained on. Otherwise it's a great place to grab a bite. Be cautious of the turn in as to many cars will block the side road.“

“We just had Patinella’s Chicken Grill in Fort Myers cater a party of 50 for us. They were amazing!!! The staff did a great job making sure we got exactly what we wanted for our buffet style catering order. The food arrived on time, fresh & hot. The delivery driver was professional and very helpful. Everyone at our party loved the chicken, rice, fresh vegetables, toppings and sides we ordered. We will definitely cater with Patinella’s again…it was a fantastic experience !!!“

“Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
• Carlos Duarte (Cashier): He was extremely kind and patient when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and answering my questions with a positive attitude.
• Carlos Segura (Manager): His leadership and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Their presence was reflected in the good organization and efficiency of the place.
• Melissa (Living Room): The dining area was spotless thanks to her. He constantly cleaned and kept everything in perfect condition, which made enjoying the food even better.
In addition, the food was delicious, with an exquisite flavor that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with music at a perfect volume that allowed for comfortable conversation.
I would definitely recommend this Pollo Tropical. Thanks to the team for making my visit a memorable experience. Keep up the great work!“

“The food was good. Staff was very friendly, with a big smile as she took my order. Which is always a great attribute to have in any business. Unfortunately, I forgot the lady's name that took care of me. The only complaint I have was that, that the table I needed to sit on was dirty with crumbs. So, I wiped it no biggie. They seemed to be busy at the time. I was starving, i had driven 2 hours to get to that town. So, happy I enjoyed my meal.“

“Deez mfers cook good azz chicken. Even though the employees was high on fetty or sum loud while roasting customers to other employees like the crows from dumbo, they kill it when it comes to cooking chicken and that's what we paying for. 5/5“

“I come here often after class or on my lunch break and see Christopher taking orders 99% of the time. He’s amazing! Great customer service, efficient, and friendly. Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasn’t necessary. Give Christopher a raise!“

“Went during the dinner rush so we had to wait a bit for them to cook more chicken. It was worth it to get it fresh!There were only 2 women working that I could see, management needs to either provide more staffing or give them a raise for how well they handle the restaurant. 2 people shouldn't be working the dinner rush alone“
