“Chick-fil-A Mgr Zack helped us with our order that a cashier messed up and charged us for the cones instead of adding it with the kids meal as requested, he is really hands on with his team and very-very patient and helpful with me and my daughter. Much better than any other Mgr I have encountered at any other Chick-fil-A I've visited. So thank you, he deserves a great salary or to be promoted on a higher level.“

“I had a wonderful experience with this Pollo Tropical restaurant, My family took me to this restaurant for dinner so I can get my hungry mess over, The wait time was perfectly 5 or 4 minutes but nothing to worry about that lol. But the employees were friendly aswell! The dinner I ordered, Was black beans and rice. And it was extremely delicious for me! It made me eat more for 2 times at my table.
Mind for myself, I’m gonna visit this place again!

“Israel was the nicest assistant manager ever. Coming from Ohio with not a lot of nice restaurants, people, he was the kindest person I’ve ever met in the restaurant industry. While the food was amazing, he also threw in us some mango drinks and a coke and was extremely fast while we ordered a family meal. Need more people like him!“

“This location is amazing! The staff is fast, friendly, and everything is very clean. Israel was especially wonderful he was so polite and patient with me while I was reading the menu since I didn’t have my glasses. He truly represents what great customer service should be. Thank you, Israel!“
