I have had nothing but exceptional service whenever I'm there, and believe me I have been there since they opened. Even family visiting from Trinidad the first place we visit is there. “Try something different for lunch today in Downtown Fort Lauderdale area, try Blue Tree Cafe Vegan Soul Food by Nika King. This little cafe serves up all the soul, as Nika’s mom, Chef Sharon cooks up all of your soul food favorites, for a very reasonable price, plus special for this month, they have a home made burger for 954 Burger Month. The Black Bean Soul Burger is made with black beans, brown rice, toasted walnuts and a variety of spices and herbs. It’s served on a vegan brioche bun smered with a chipotle compound butter and house dressing, served here with hand cut sweet potato fries. The menu also has a lot of great options too, the crab balls are my favorite! Hours are limited as they are only open Tuesday - Thursday, 11-6 and are cashless business. They are located at 612 NW 9th Ave Ste A in Ft.Lauderdale, close to downtown, but they have do have a private free parking lot. Highly suggest checking them out this week, and trying the burger before the end of the month.“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“The best Sugar Cane juice you can find anywhere!!! Ive been to many farmers markets and restaurants but NO ONE beats their freshly pressed sugar cane juice. I buy a half gallon each time I go with lime added. I finish it in 1-2 days tops.

The jerk oyster burger is my favorite on the menu. AGAIN…nobody else does it better!!! Literally no where. The flavors are amazing. The owners are amazing. It’s like coming home every time I go.

Earth’s Goddess is truly your best everyday Vegan restaurant you’ll ever visit. The food is delicious but not unhealthy heavy as some vegan restaurants are. You can truly come here every day and leave feeling nourished and satisfied. I loovvveee this place.“

“Ok so the lentil soup is very good. This is the second time having lentil soup and let me tell you it's made from scratch . Then I had the chicken sandwich and it was just perfect. The chicken cut wasosot and juicy. The bread toasted perfectly. Listen I'll be back again. Thank you for a nice meal“

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“Went today to try this pizza. Ordered the Star Pizza recommended by waitress. Clever star shaped pie with delicious dough and tomato sauce. Could not find the spicy salami or the mozzarella. The ricotta cheese was bland and caused the dough to be soggy. Will not order this again, but do plan to return to try regular pies. Please, please ask wait staff to not clear table while guest is still eating. Place was not busy, no line waiting thus no need to rush .“

The service was awesome and the food even better than that. This is the place to eat if you are hungry. Great sized portions, hot food, and so fresh too. “Excellent! We did delivery, and somehow the warm ones were still warm when we got them. The chocolate cigars, guava 'cheese,' buffalo 'chicken,' and black bean empanadas were some of our favorites.

The cookie wasn't what we were expecting, but still really good. It was more of a brownie consistency.

“There are not enough adjectives to describe how much I adore this place! I have been a patron since they first opened. The coffee choices are a wonder for any coffee drinker. The food is prepared to order and equally good, you will find something different than at the standard breakfast and lunch spots. Sunday mornings tend to get very busy. This is a great place to bring a friend who is new to the area. I feel surrounded by good energy and nice vibe every time I come. For me a it is a treat for the soul and my personal recharging station.“

Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch!
