“Attended a wedding yesterday - catering by The Fiery Chef. As soon as I knew this I couldn’t wait for the dinner to be served ! The food by Chef Felix and team has always been superb. For the event yesterday we had Prime Rib, mashed potatoes , mixed vegetables , pasta side , yummy dinner rolls. For the kids they did Mac-n-cheese with chicken tenders. The food was amazing!! especially the (cooked perfect) prime rib ?“
“We were traveling to the keys, and we like to stop at Ocala. Found this place for breakfast, and it was exactly what we were looking for. A locally owned diner, with great food.If you go here, I highly recommend the country fried steak breakfast. It was so tender, that I could have eaten it with a spoon ! It was so delicious, that if I'd been at home, I might have licked the plate !“
“I have been getting meal preps from Let's Eat Fresh every Saturday at the Ocala Farmers Market for about a year now, they are delicious, healthy and she has a great variety. Since the food was so fabulous, I asked if they could caterer my daughters wedding. They actually did more than just caterer the wedding, they handled the entire event, they ordered everything I needed, took care of the staff... everything except the photographer, officiant and DJ. They did an amazing job, everything went smoothly and I was able to sit back and enjoy the day with daughters day. if you are looking for a healthy meal or a caterer for an event I highly recommend the staff at Let's Eat Fresh.“

I had the jerk chicken with rice and cabbage, my son had the oxtail with Mac and cheese and cabbage. we can't wait to return. ocala definitely needed a great place like this!. The owner was so friendly and generous, allowing us samples of the ice cream. scotch bonnet ice cream is my new favorite. who knew?“
