“Very friendly staff and our server was exceptional. She was kind, knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The place was clean and the table was equipped with plenty of utensils and napkins. The food was fresh, delicious, and large portions good for sharing. The menu offers a little bit of everything except seafood. I am a seafood lover and it was a little disappointing that shrimps was the only option on the menu. The pork orderd was great, soft and full of flavor. I have to mention that the dessert menu is very small (2 items) but good. It is interesting how the tables are equipped with needed items to cook yourself options. Heads up no knives provided. They have karaoke on weekends, it was nice. There is plenty of parking and with good lighting if visiting at night time. I will come back and will recommend it to family and friends.“

“Neat bar on i-drive. The Fire Bar has no cover but the Ice Bar is 20 per person. However they give you a wrist band and you can come back as many times as you want if you wearing it. The ice bar is 20 degrees so they do give you jackets and gloves. You have the option to upgrade to different jackets for an additional cost. It is a cool place to visit (pardon the pun). We did go back twice in the same day. We did the ski shot the first time. Definitely worth a visit because it is a unique experience.“

“We just had the most fabulous night. We were staying at Sapphire Falls. We weren’t super hungry. Strong Water is a beautiful restaurant with a great property view. They specialize in Rum and Tapas. “I was looking for live music and loved my night at Howl at the Moon Orlando! The dueling pianos were a blast—nonstop energy, and they played many of my favorite songs and a few new ones. The staff was super friendly and had some great non-alcoholic drink options. The smallest drink was enough for me, so it was a good value for a night of blissful entertainment. The crowd was so much fun, including a few international tourists dancing around and just adding to the good times. It is the perfect spot for a lively night out. I can’t wait to come back!“

“This is an excellent center bar to meet and talk to interesting people. My wife and I enjoyed this wonderful spot 4 consecutive evenings while traveling this summer. There was live music almost every night, and the wine selection was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed an excellent charcuterie there with the win.

The staff was excellent and very engaging with interesting conversation. I highly recommend this location to all couples looking to wind down after a long, hot day in the parks.“

“My favorite thing to do here is find out a specialty drink for a holiday event and spam order as many of those as possible during my vacation.

The shark attack isn't my favorite drink, but it's my favorite to order to see the show. I rarely catch Merv here, but there's a wonderful lady who has served me many times and I hate I can't remember her name, but she gives great service and had a great attitude every time I see her.

I love that this bar is outside and you can choose to see near the water. If I decide to eat any snacks from the candy store I'll compliment them with a drink from here and then get a seat and relax for a bit.

This is a good people watching location as well.“

“The food was phenomenal. Shrimp and grits, Cajun pasta, jambalaya, red beans and rice, gumbo - all phenomenal.

The only thing better than the food, was our server Nick with a shamrock on his name tag. This distinguished gentleman is the embodiment of what hospitality is and should be.

“Steven at the watering hole is absolutely amazing, charismatic, and an amazing way to get us started on our universal experience.

He was extremely helpful, gave us information and suggestions. The drinks were well worth the price and I am glad that we ran into this location.

“At the Bar, Laura was SO kind and Friendly. Her service was AMAZING. Even after I Fumbled and didn't tip (of course my group realized our error and went back and tipped) she still was so kind and was so Efficient with her service. She made the experience so fulfilling and made the atmosphere friendly. You can really tell when people care about their Jobs and she absolutely made the experience worth it! “We had a bit of an unexpected delay during our visit—we arrived at 3:00 pm, but due to an error on the restaurant's side, our food wasn't served until around 4:00 pm. While the wait was longer than expected, what really stood out was how the staff handled the situation.

The manager was incredibly attentive from the moment they realised the mistake. He checked in on us several times, sincerely apologised, and did everything he could to make things right. Our waitress was equally kind and genuinely apologetic throughout. You could tell they truly cared about our experience.

To top it all off, the manager generously took care of our entire bill, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture.

Most importantly, the food was absolutely worth mentioning. The shrimp tacos were delicious, and the fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Great food paired with outstanding customer service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that left a lasting positive impression.

We'll definitely be back. Thank you to the team for turning a mistake into an example of excellent hospitality!“

“This bar is inside SeaWorld. Very nice bar and place. Bartenders just need a little more training and maybe learn from bartenders from the other bar. Drinks are not all that. Great athmosphire and is in front of outside stage, which they have great bands there.“

“Drinks are on the pricey side but that’s to be expected whilst on property. The quality of those cocktails and staff make up for it though. Cocktails with souvenir cup $16 but then $13 each there after with the cup.

“Had a great time at the pool bar! The bartenders were friendly, fun and made gorgeous cocktails that looked like they belonged on the cover of a brochure! I had a fun conversation with a bartender that complimented my Breaking Bad T-shirt. I always enjoy running into fans of that tv show series. The wait times and prices were both very reasonable, and the drinks were exceptionally well balanced.
I also appreciated that we were able to bring our small child with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The souvenir acrylic glasses with the bubble design were a fun touch — I ended up buying two to take home. They do tip over pretty easily because of the poor design, having too small of a base for a top heavy glass, but they still make great keepsakes.“

“I went to Volcano Bay with my family last week. Although it’s tough for me to go on most of the slides I got drinks at the bar. Rebecca took such great care of me making me the most amazing Margaritas I had my whole trip. You should be so happy to have her part of your team. “Let's face it. Its a lobby bar. In a hotel that's very family friendly. BUT it works perfectly. The selections are good. The 5 stars are primarily for CODY. For Cody, Colin and Amanda. They are friendly , professional and seem to know what you might want before you even think it. They have a knack of bringing the whole bar together allowing for it to seem like its not where it actually is. Thanks guys!!!!“

“Fun little back alley venue for beer butter beer and snacks. We had the daisyroot ale and the dragon scale. Both delicious. Ale very light and citrusy. Would be great on a hot summer day! Dragon scale was a little hoppy and had a lovely amber color. Recommend! Line doesn’t move too fast. At least not today. Very small but highly recommend!“
