“Very friendly staff and our server was exceptional. She was kind, knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The place was clean and the table was equipped with plenty of utensils and napkins. The food was fresh, delicious, and large portions good for sharing. The menu offers a little bit of everything except seafood. I am a seafood lover and it was a little disappointing that shrimps was the only option on the menu. The pork orderd was great, soft and full of flavor. I have to mention that the dessert menu is very small (2 items) but good. It is interesting how the tables are equipped with needed items to cook yourself options. Heads up no knives provided. They have karaoke on weekends, it was nice. There is plenty of parking and with good lighting if visiting at night time. I will come back and will recommend it to family and friends.“

“This was by far my best dining experience as a vegan at a non vegan restaurant. Strong Water Tavern has a regular menu and a vegan menu, however, I did not see anything on the vegan menu that I like and the options I liked from the regular menu had chicken stock in them. Elizabeth (the waitress) went back and forth from me to the kitchen, trying to work something out.

Eric (the manager) came out, apologized, and asked how he could accommodate me. We came up with a solution, which I thought would be from their kitchen, but I found out that he went to another restaurant in the resort to put together something for me. This was so heartwarming and showed excellent customer service.

I would like to say thank you again to Eric and Elizabeth for their attention to detail and ability to pivot to make sure that their customer was satisfied. 20/10 experience!“

“I’m not super into drinks, but I love soda so I got a soda~ I did attempt to try one drink, but I know it’s not for me! My husband did enjoy the drinks though! They were def fun looking and nice themed drinks! The place itself is well decorated, really fun place to check out~ it’s not that spacious so it’s probably best to ask if there is room left since it filled up when we went!“

“I came here one evening after work with some coworkers. We wanted a nice, chill pub atmosphere with some good food. We found that here at St. Andrews. Ambiance was great. Seat yourself, a little schlubby building with only a few, dark windows. I loved it. Felt like real Britain. Service was good. The guy was super nice, and the food all came out timely and hot. No worries there.

I was also super impressed and pleased that they had a Guinness 0.0 available in a can. I've been told it's nothing like the real thing, but I thought it was pretty darn good.

As for the food, it was dynamite.

Started off with a simple Chips & Curry Sauce. Very nicely fried fries with a heaping helping of a thick curry sauce. A very mild sauce that was good on pretty much anything. I finished the fries and kept the sauce around for subsequent courses.

I then had a Sausage Roll & Crisps. The roll was great. Super flakey pastry enveloped a very nice, well-seasoned sausage that had a good snap to it with every bite. Delicious.

Then, my main event, a Home-Made Meat Pie (Steak & Mushroom, Served with Chips and Garden Peas). Check the picture. It wasn't a pie pie like I was expecting, but the filling was really deep and umami in the way only steak and mushroom can be. The pastry was, again, really good, and I subbed the chips for onion rings, and they were crispy and dipped really well in that curry sauce.

Overall, this was a nice, simple, delicious experience that did a good job bringing us coworkers together for some good camaraderie.“

“I was looking for live music and loved my night at Howl at the Moon Orlando! The dueling pianos were a blast—nonstop energy, and they played many of my favorite songs and a few new ones. The staff was super friendly and had some great non-alcoholic drink options. The smallest drink was enough for me, so it was a good value for a night of blissful entertainment. The crowd was so much fun, including a few international tourists dancing around and just adding to the good times. It is the perfect spot for a lively night out. I can’t wait to come back!“

“We decided to grab some drinks on the first night of our vacation to relax and unwind, and since Velvet Bar was conveniently located near our hotel, we decided to give it a try. We ended up having a really nice time there with my partner and friends!

The bartenders were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They even let us enjoy our drinks out on the poolside terrace, which we thought was such a nice gesture and really appreciated.

“I wish I could rate the service higher than 5 stars. One of the nicest bartenders I’ve ever met was serving us. She was fantastic and had a list of recommendations that all sounded good. I hate cocktails that taste like pure sugar and artificial flavoring (see also: my review for Bar Moonshine, the lobe blaster was vile) and I asked for something that’s liquor forward, not horribly over sweetened, and described what I like. She nailed it, it was amazing.“

We were stuffed! They also had a live Pianist who took Request so that was Awesome too.

“Let's face it. Its a lobby bar. In a hotel that's very family friendly. BUT it works perfectly. The selections are good. The 5 stars are primarily for CODY. For Cody, Colin and Amanda. They are friendly , professional and seem to know what you might want before you even think it. “Drinks are on the pricey side but that’s to be expected whilst on property. The quality of those cocktails and staff make up for it though. Cocktails with souvenir cup $16 but then $13 each there after with the cup.

“I went to Volcano Bay with my family last week. Although it’s tough for me to go on most of the slides I got drinks at the bar. Rebecca took such great care of me making me the most amazing Margaritas I had my whole trip. You should be so happy to have her part of your team. Her kindness and knowledge of the drinks was awesome. I had such a great time. What a sport every time I walked by the bar, I would yell her name and wave and she would wave back. What a great time. Rebecca made my time at Volcano Bay so much fun. “Had a great time at the pool bar! The bartenders were friendly, fun and made gorgeous cocktails that looked like they belonged on the cover of a brochure! I had a fun conversation with a bartender that complimented my Breaking Bad T-shirt. I always enjoy running into fans of that tv show series. The wait times and prices were both very reasonable, and the drinks were exceptionally well balanced.
I also appreciated that we were able to bring our small child with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The souvenir acrylic glasses with the bubble design were a fun touch — I ended up buying two to take home. They do tip over pretty easily because of the poor design, having too small of a base for a top heavy glass, but they still make great keepsakes.“

The atmosphere can be a little loud at times and parking can be tough. Food is always good. The great service and strong drinks are what keep me coming back.“
