“I had to get up from the table before I hurt myself! When I tell you everything was good.... I even got the oxtail gravy on my rice. The regular rice was good but with that drizzle... ?‍? ?. Prices on point, i had the Tuesday wing special, jerk chicken plate, and the Mac n cheese. N that ain't no box max n cheese, somebody put that in the oven n baked it! Next time I'm in Orlando, I'm going to the spot but I did Uber eats n it was on point!!!“

“We had a party of 11, but still service was fast, fun, & friendly. Everything was orderly as our appetizers came out first. Hot & fresh, no complaints. My top 2 favorite dishes are featured at the bottom. The Jerk Mahi Mahi is still kinda new. I like it bc it's really light when I'm not too hungry & packed with so much flavor. No long waits. We ordered a lot, but our waiter was able to keep up with it all. He checked on us from time to time along with another dude. Love the overall theme of the restaurant & the music compliments it so well. Definitely my style of music ❤️. I've been coming for years now so I can say that they've been really consistent. My auntie wanted a dish that was no longer on the menu, but they were able to make it just for her. I thought that was amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend. “I recommend this hotel but not Amatista’s Cookhouse. My family was very disappointed. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that cost $50. We expected the chicken to feed three people. We were shocked to see the size of the chicken that was brought to our table as it was extremely small. Not only was the chicken tough to break apart to put on our plates, but it was also hollow in the middle, lacking meat. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for charging $50 for what they call a whole rotisserie chicken when it didn’t appear to even be half of a rotisserie chicken. Also, we never received bread and butter at all, during our dining experience, which I believe was included with our meals. To say we are disappointed is an understatement however, we will never be dining at this restaurant again.“

The combination of the sweet and spicy glazed shrimp with the crunchy onions, bell peppers, and shaved cabbage over a bed of stir-fried lomein noodles was out of this world. The hot pepper sauce was perfectly spicy and flavorful! It really added a nice touch to the already perfected dish. I also loved pairing it with the banana soda which the lovely lady who took my order kindly suggested I try. “The food at this restaurant is on point! We wanted the feeling of a Caribbean Home cooked meal for Thanksgiving and they nailed it! The Salmon was light and fluffy, the stew chicken and jerk turkey were succulent, and of course the rice and peas, macaroni and potato stuffing all tasted like they came straight out of grandma’s kitchen!!!! “I am no “Foodie” but I grew up in a very diverse city, experiencing food from several different cultures. The food at Ladifferance is very good: high quality/fresh/good presentation.

But the best part is, the ambiance and how the staff make you feel…that is what you won’t get in a lot of establishments these days. And it starts at the top with the Owner - kudos to him for setting a great example on how to really serve.
