“Went through the drive thru, there was a long line, and it moved fast. They misheard my coffee order, and the associate personally apologized, for which there was no need, but it was a nice touch. This was my first time at this store! Will definitely go back!“
“I stopped going to this Dunkin' location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another try. I'm happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I'm now planning on installing their rewards app for my upcoming trips in the near future!“

“I’m not writing this review to be rude or to accuse but I came through this drive through on 12/3/2024. I ordered a medium iced French vanilla latte with almond milk and I’m pretty sure, regular cows milk was used instead of almond milk, it tasted a lot creamier and now my breast feeding child is having a reaction. I’ve recently figured out my child has a dairy sensitivity and whenever I have dairy and it passes through my breast milk into her it makes her really sick. Now I have been up with a baby all night who has been sick and neither of us has gotten any sleep. My point in this review is to educate on why it is so important to adhere to allergen request, I’ve been a barista I know it’s hard and mistakes happen but my baby doesn’t deserve to suffer because someone else didn’t do their job properly. I hope that the managers will see this and bring it to their staff and encourage them to really pay attention to allergen request next time.“
