The woman who serves me is always so nice and genuine.I told her I’ve never tried taro tea before while we were taking and she gave me a free sample when she came back out with my drink.(The taro is great btw it’s now one of my favorites!)Also when you ask for extra boba they actually give you an extra serving of boba! Not just 3 more pearls like some other shops lol.The only thing Is I’d wish they had oat or almond milk as I’m allergic,so I could try some of their milk teas.“

“Delicious food. Packed with flavor and presented beautifully. The coffees that I tried and had were great. It’s difficult to squeeze me for a five star review. With that said the coffees were warm and I enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Additionally the food was not hot. Despite that I would come again because of the variety of food on the menu, the great service and staff.“

“This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “First time checking the place out—loved the menu. It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything different.

I bought the Taro Latte and King Brûlée, both with oat milk and at full sweetness. Both were excellent and I totally forgot to take pics since I had to drive but this was worth it.

Service was good too and at the time I went, it was pretty quiet. Looks like the perfect place to study and work.

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“
