“I was working at a construction jobsite paving a parking lot and my boss brought food from here once. Every since I tried it, I've gone back every single day. I never get tired of the food here. El Rapido is run by two people and they absolutely slay every single plate they make.
As a son of Cuban parents, I get white rice, black beans, chicken breast with onions, and plátano maduro. I've never been a person that likes onions but almighty God himself must've instilled the gift of cooking into the man that makes this food cause holy hell I even eat the onions. I'm gonna miss this place when my jobsite is eventually completed, but who knows maybe I'll make the drive up here from Hialeah just to try the food.
Absolutely, 100% PLEASE give these fine people's food a try. If you're Cuban, this will remind you of home. If you're not Cuban and want to try Cuban food, THIS is the place you need to hit up. $10 a plate and you get a lot of food.
These two are the kindest couple I've ever seen run a restaurant. It's like that mom and pop shop type vibe you see in a movie like In the Heights. I just met these people but if anything were to happen to them I'm pretty sure I'd hurt someone.“

Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. “This was my first time visiting Rose Cafe & Restaurant, which recently expanded and rebranded with a full bar and dinner service, officially opening the new concept in October 2025. The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn’t linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don’t tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn’t say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn’t completely blow my mind, it’s still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I’d honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere.“

“Absolutely worth the hype. We stopped by on a Friday morning, and even though the place was packed, we waited less than five minutes for a table. You can tell this is one of those spots people make a point to visit.

We had the avocado toast, the lox on a sesame bagel, a cappuccino, and a black coffee, and every single item was outstanding. The quality of the bread alone is enough to keep us coming back! The bread is
freshly made in-house, with incredible texture and flavor. You can really taste the difference when the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced from Florida.

Our server, Wesley, was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. My only regret is that we were only in Miami for a short stay because there were so many other things on the menu I wanted to try. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to the next time we’re in town. 100/10.“

This place is an absolute gem.

We shared several dishes and every single one was better than the last. The cigars, arayes, challah schnitzel sandwich, shawarma on laffa, and the knafeh were all phenomenal.

As Israelis, we know Mediterranean food, and this was simply outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care.

The entire experience was amazing from start to finish.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Ryan, our server. Ryan was absolutely incredible. You can genuinely tell that he loves what he does and takes pride in where he works. Every recommendation he gave us was a perfect choice. He checked on us throughout the meal, always made sure our drinks were full, kept us smiling and laughing, and treated us with exceptional kindness and professionalism.

Ryan was a huge part of what made this experience so memorable. Employees like him are hard to find, and he deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does. He represents your restaurant in the best possible way.

I ordered a colada which cost me less than a small cup of coffee at Starbucks but gives you the boost you are looking for in a pick me up, and the staff was so friendly. The only issue for me is that I wish it was easier to access because of traffic patterns but well worth the trouble.“
