“I went inside as the line backed up to the point where it put traffic on a stand still. I realized why they were backed up. 1 female was doing orders while 5 other employees just paced around & stared at the girl that was working. Atleast 10 ppl inside were staring at them like "seriously"?????“

The Caramel Crunch frap is refreshingly delicious. Starbucks has pretty good consistency with menu items. This location is no different. Great job, ya'll!
