“I just got to say that Shane and the team do a great job in making a guest feel welcome and the gratitude they show makes anyone’s day start off better. Excellent teamwork behind the counter and even long lines do not seem to dampen the sense of team. Great atmosphere, friendly faces, and a top notch staff - what a terrific combination!“

“Today, my fiancé, Jack and I dined at the Park Ave restaurant in Orange Park to celebrate our six month anniversary (dating). I ordered two Americano’s, one pumpkin loaf, one caramel Frappuccino, one Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich and one Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap!

The food was absolutely delicious and appetizing to the eyes! The beverages were hot and tasty and the cold drink, Caramel Frappuccino was insanely delicious!

Our barista/Front Counter Specialist, Dom was warm, delightful, caring, helpful with beverage recommendations and attentive to my fiancé and I. After placing our orders and now seated, Dom delivered our food & beverages to our table with a warm/welcoming smile. We were not expecting this type of service! I kept looking back to see if our orders were ready for me to pickup! Little did we know that Dom would serve us with first class service!

All staff members were absolutely delightful and welcoming to us!

After enjoying our freshly prepared meals/beverages, I approached the counter to show our appreciation to the wonderful service rendered by Dom, which he declined and commented that he was glad to serve us.

I learned that the store manager DJ and the District Manager, Brittany were seated at the table in front of us and I approached both and introduced myself. I had to share our experiences and let it be known about the great service and kindness we felt at this location.

DJ and Brittany, many thanks for suggesting the blond roast for Jack as he hails from Boston, MA and we know the coffee king in that area! Trying to break an old habit that has existed forever. However, today, I can say that Jack is definitely sold on the blond roast!
