This is definitely a hidden gem, a must stop lunch location! There is a different special everyday, always freshly made and delicious. On the menu favorite is the gourmet chicken salad. Soups are all homemade, but a must try is the Dill Pickle soup! If you have room the deserts are all amazing too.
What a hidden gem, and the lady that was serving was a true breath of fresh air and obviously the owner. Her service and food was like sitting at your own dining room table at home. The Cole Slaw was fresh and crunchy and that is a change from that soggy corporate restaurants Cole Slaw. The pastrami was just right amount with stone ground mustard and Swiss on rye. I decided to stop in because they are in my neighborhood and I had never tried them and it's been the best impulse decision I've made all week.
