All my food was delicious. The characters and staff were extremely kind and accommodating. But the one thing my picky child eats.....cheese pizza of all things.....was very generic and not good. With the excellence of the rest of the food that is extremely disappointing. I'd rather .y kids food be the best and mine just ok if it can't all be good. Thats the only negative bit for me it's a big one
The service was fantastic. I loved our server. The food was pretty good. I was especially impressed with the grits. Well done! The characters were wonderful and truly did a great job sharing sweet moments with the young children in our party. I loved all of that.
What I did not love was the room layout and the table placement.

Food at buffet was not fresh. There wasn’t a lot of families dining when we went and that should have been a sign that the food was mid at best. Server was kind and friendly and characters made somewhat of an effort to engage with my kids. Won’t be back unless food changes as they charge an insane amount.
