“Really great hidden gem, perfect for getting away from the busy parks for some food and drinks. The menu is a bit different to what you usually find at other Walt Disney World restaurants. The location is also stunning by the lake.

“I've been lucky to never encounter a long line here during normal leasing m operating hours.

I usually get butter beer, hot and cold, and can easily find a seat in or outside. The staff is awesome and is a great retreat from the heat.“

“Jackie was our waitress today at Nona Blue. Jackie has waited on us before, because we go to Nona Blue quite often. Is my family‘s favorite restaurant in the area, and has been for many years. Jackie is the best waitress ever. She is not only cute and sweet and fun, but she is a very hard worker. She completely takes care of her people. She genuinely cares, and will do everything to make your experience perfect. Thank you, Jackie for making Nona Blue so great!!!!“

My very first interaction was an employee noticing my Kain Na shirt—they loved it, which instantly made me feel at home. Now, the food… is there even a word better than “delicious”? My wife fell head over heels for the Sisig, my kid devoured the Filipino spaghetti, and the Kalamansi-misu for dessert was the perfect sweet finish. The Kare Kare was so tender the oxtail literally fell apart as soon as we tried to pick it up, and that sauce? Absolutely to die for. I’ve had most of these dishes before, but one thing I’d never tried was the Adobo risotto—and wow. It left me speechless. Truly incredible. The best part? Kaya made my family feel like part of their family. The whole experience felt like being at a Filipino family gathering—minus the karaoke (which we found out they actually do on Sundays!). When we packed up our leftovers, we discovered a sweet surprise: a little postcard explaining Kaya’s story, plus two stickers—one with a handwritten note thanking us for making them a stop on our Orlando trip. “Clearly, paying for a flaming Moe is just for novelty. They couldn't make the actual one from the show so they decided to put dry ice under orange soda. It's still fun to say you had a flaming moe at moe's tavern.

They offer other drinks including Duff beer. All duff is good, but my favorite is Duff-tober fest. Inside the bar you can try the love machine and take a pic with Barney. It's great fun and great escape from the heat.“

“We had an amazing time at Keg Social Orlando celebrating a birthday! We enjoyed bowling, axe throwing, and the arcade, which provided hours of fun. The venue offers something for everyone, regardless of age—our group ranged from 11 to 41 years old, and everyone had a blast. The food and drinks from the bar were fresh and delicious, and the DJ kept the party atmosphere lively. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. “A One-Stop Spot for Food, Coffee, and Fun Vibes!

Orlando Milkhouse is such a hidden gem! It brings together three amazing spots all under one roof — Milkhouse for food and cocktails, Foxtail Coffee, and an awesome little ice cream shop. I got to try all three and loved every bit of it.

I ordered the DK Onion Smashburger and added tomatoes from Milkhouse, and it was delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I followed it up with an espresso martini, which was the perfect way to sample Foxtail's coffee in cocktail form — smooth and well-balanced.

Of course, we had to grab ice cream, and it did not disappoint. I mean, when is ice cream ever a bad idea? The flavors were rich and creamy, and they weren't shy on the scoop.

The interior was definitely a vibe — fun, stylish, and perfect for hanging out or grabbing pics. I almost forgot to mention they have an event calendar for the month as well! Whether you're there for a quick coffee, a great meal, or just a sweet treat, Milkhouse has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“Great food! We stayed at the Cabana Bay resort and didn't find out about this place until our last night there. Ordered beef quesadillas, chicken quesadillas, mahi tacos, a cheese steak, potato wedges and Mac n cheese! All very good. we were all eating off each other's plates and enjoying every bite. I highly recommend this place if you stay at the Cabana Bay or bordering hotels/resorts.“

“Backwater Bar is co-located with Confisco restraunt. This is a great place to walk in and get you H2O water or you favorite adult beverage. It is a full service walk up bar with lots of beer, wine, and they can make the liquor drink of your choice. There is no seating inside, but they have shaded seating just outside the door. The staff is friendly and want you to have a nice experience.“

“The best place in America for a fallout/madmax fan to grab a delicious drink for a few caps! The nukacola quantum is to die for and the guzzaline is the bomb! And the decore is absolutely top notch! Best birthday ever! My gf (DD) was able to get the guzzaline non alcoholic which I also tried, it was very delicious. The quantum was the perfect amount of strong and smooth! Great for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinkers everywhere! 10/10“

“Though The Muddy Root’s menu is already hard to beat, the real magic lies in the staff here. It doesn’t matter what day you come in; you’ll always be met by someone warm, welcoming, and ready to explain anything you’d like to know about their WIDE variety of menu items. If you’re not a kava or kratom person, this cafe offers a coffee and tea menu that’s highly customizable. Whatever you’re looking for- something sweet, something strong, something refreshing- the kavatenders (their “bartenders”) will always know how to make it happen. Even when my drink doesn’t taste right the first time (which rarely happens), the staff is beyond happy to add or substitute anything so that it’s just what I want. A literal 2-minute drive from UCF (and right between two major UCF apartments), this is an amazing study spot. Plenty of outlets and a variety of seating, plus free WiFi (after ordering). Plenty of students, professionals, and hobbyists work here, so it’s a productive environment. If you’re looking for a more social atmosphere, they also host social events all throughout the month, from trivia and AYCD kava nights to karaoke and even nature hikes! If I could rate The Muddy Root on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an 11. A definite must-try!“

“Amazing tiki bar right off of Lake Eola in DTO! This authentic tiki bar transports you back in time to the 1960s Golden Age of tiki and to its namesake inside the Vegas icon The Stardust! Awesome secret tiki bar atmosphere, amazing staff (shout-out to the incomparable Pieter), and a wide assortment of amazing tiki cocktails! This is must-do while bar-hopping around Lake Eola, but it is definitely a worthy destination all by itself! A great place to waste away (?!) an evening (and an almost-equal experience and a LOT easier to get to than the more-famous Trader Sam's inside Disney's Polynesian Resort). Add Aku Aku to your tiki bucket list!“

“This place is a blast. Eat before/after, or bring your food and chill at a Hightop. A cousin in town recently told me about a similar establishment in Columbus, OH and I wanted to check one out. She found Pups Pub with a quick google search and off we went. Entry was painless and simple. Reassurances that canine patrons are vaccinated and spayed/neutered are very clear. Happy hour is more than fair. They have games on site, a really great indoor and outdoor seating areas, lots for the pups to do and they all seem to know eachother and get along great. I came without any animals and was warmly welcomed by everyone on 2 or 4 legs. I honestly had the time of my life just playing with everyone’s dogs and could have stayed there all night.“
