“Food and service are always phenomenal! The manager Brian Payne makes sure your food came out like you ordered and is good. The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. Overall always a great experience, spicy nuggets are my fave!!“

We had a great experience at Saucy by KFC. The service was outstanding, the lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and attentive. She kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our food, which we really appreciated.

The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. You could tell it was prepared with care. Overall, a very pleasant visit with excellent customer service and great quality food. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I put my order in through the app. Pulled in to the drive thru and gave my name. She asked if I wanted to make any changes to my order or add anything, which I appreciate. I pulled up to the window and was greeted again with my drink in hand. A few minutes later had my food and it was accurately made with my sauces as well. “Huey Magoo's is one of the few fast casual dining places I can continue to trust in their quality. They marinade fresh tenders overnight. They offer the tenders grilled or fried, which is a rarity for chicken places. They also have great salads and good menu variety considering it's just a chicken place. Abdullah was excellent to me, always friendly, professional, and lite. I have come in many times here and there, and the restaurant is consistently clean, staff consistently professional and friendly, and food is consistently fresh.

Just a couple of critiques:
For the price of the tender combinations, drinks Should come with them.

The table finishes are worn out and leave an unpleasant look and feel to dining.

“Chicken tenders were excellent. Fries were pretty good but a little too salty. Ranch sauce was good, Magoo sauce was ok. Felt like they up charge for everything unlike Chick-fil-A. Dining room was freezing cold so bring a sweat shirt or jacket.“

“This place is always on point! Staff is friendly and They always check my order to make sure it’s not messed up. The staff always looks clean, cut and are polite.
This is one place, where you don’t see, weirdos on the window with all sorts of face-tattoos, and “creepy looking stuff” piercing all over the place and unpolished. Here it looks like everybody gets looked at in the morning or when they come in. That’s what makes a difference between a successful and good reputation place to eat.. it’s OK that they don’t open on Sundays. I can wait until the next day.!“

“Our family of 5 flew in from Alaska to spend Thanksgiving holiday with family and our first stop was Chick-fil-a. Our favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken sandwich but it has to have the honey roasted bbq sauce. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were so sad to find out they were out of HRBBQ. We told Janiah this was our first stop and we’d been looking forward to our visit all day. A few minutes later she can back to our car with a baggie of hrbbq. “It’s a big place with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also drive through ordering. This restaurant is on I-Drive but the price is the same as other locations. There are a lot of servers but it’s very disorganized. I’ll say maybe it’s new. I hope the service will improve in the future. Food is tasty and hot. The toast is very good too. We will return.“

Not this store specifically but I do not like when you go through the drive thru and they don't allow you to look at the menu. Most of the team members will come up to the car immediately and stop you before you get to the menu and ask you what you'd like to order. I might want to try something else or see what different drinks they have and I wined up ordering the same thing every time.“

Jefe running the chicken counter is friendly and eager to please his customers, always hooks you up with just a bit more to show you how much he appreciates all his customers; this keeps you coming back every time.
