“I love this place! Went on their grand opening day in 2019 and ever since then I have been a regular going about every other week to pick up lunches for the week. The food is freshly made every day. They have many varieties of chicken salad and also delicious egg salad. They even have a turkey sandwich selection for those who do not like salad sandwiches. They sell Cheryl’s cookies and you can also buy the salads in a prepackaged container to go. Jennifer, the owner, is awesome and often present and pitches in to help staff as well as greet customers. There really is nothing I don’t like about the place other than it is closed on Sundays per corporate policy. If you are looking for a good sandwich with a delicious cookie and outstanding customer service, then you need to head on down to Chicken Salad Chick.“

“My family of 8 decided to eat at PDQ Lake Nona for the first time after hearing great things about the food. We used the delivery option on the website and the food came at a reasonable time. After checking the food we noticed that one of the meals were missing and immediately called back to see what they could do.

Unfortunately they were unable to send the delivery driver back and I had to drive to the store. The manager Renee was very apologetic and professional in her response to the situation. She definitely reversed the delivery mistake and even gave us a personal note. The atmosphere was clean, the food was great! So yes we will be back!! Thank you so much for saving our Saturday dinner.“

We had to pull over & parked while they made strawberry shake. Our stomach didn’t feel well later that day. My husband thought it was the milk shake that made us felt sick but we weren’t sure.“

“This was my first time trying this place since I just moved to the area. I will have to say walking in right away I was disappointed. Definitely not a Tropical vibe or flow in any sense. No style or decorations and it felt very cold and cafeteria like. I ordered the Avacado Tropichop, rice bowl with crispy chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had great flavor the rice was overcooked and mushy, the beans lacked flavor. Also the avocado did not tatse fresh, wheter it is prepacked or sat out. The lime sauce on top was fantastic. Service was fantastic they were super friendly and I let them know it was my first time and they told me about the menu. Awesome staff. The bowl was a miss for me though. I might try it again and get something else because the chicken was that good.“

“What I love about this restaurant is it values its workers. It doesnt open on a Sunday and it doesnt open 24/7. The staff are lovely and helpful. Also it has proper chicken breast chicken, and waffle fries. It is a clean spotless restaurant and its food is amazing. It has baby changing facilities and baby seating. Plenty of available seating and parking.“
