“Decided to pick up something while waiting for our flight in Orlando. The service, food and portion sizes were excellent. As for the atmosphere, well you're in an airport, so loud and annoying. My only real issue was of course the cost. These places are going to price themselves out of the business, because they are charging restaurant prices for takeout meals.“

She worked quickly but still took the time to be friendly and kind. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. The food was great, but her positive attitude made the experience even better. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her on the team!“

“Update: This Tuesday, I went in for my usual burrito bowl and found hear the length of my arm, almost. The worse part is I was already home and it was late at night.. OMG it was too gross. I couldn't eat more. I don't think I'll ever visit this location again. I was a reg here at least weekly, service hasn't gotten any better its on a steady decline. The last few times I've gone they're always out of something essential, steak, RICE, guac. Kinda sad. I used to love chipotle at this location.
Prices have gone up very sneakily. Used to spend 30 for two entrees with 4 chips now… 52$ same order“
“Went here a couple of days ago with our food allergy kid. Adrian helped us, I told him about my Son’s allergies and he quickly changed his gloves. I asked him if he could pull certain items from the back since they are close to dairy(one of his allergens) and he did as well as use new utensils. He was very kind and understanding. His customer service was great. Thankful to have had this positive experience there.“

After a disappointing experience at another Chipotle location, I walked into this restaurant unsure of what to expect. But Lily Beth, the manager, completely turned things around. She listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, accepted the overly salty food without hesitation, and remade my bowl—all with a warm smile and a gracious attitude.
Her professionalism and kindness were matched by the rest of the team, who were friendly, upbeat, and clearly enjoyed working together. The positive energy in the restaurant was refreshing and made a real difference.
Chipotle needs more managers and staff like Lily Beth—people who are prompt, customer-focused, and committed to resolving issues with care and respect. Thank you again, Lily Beth, for restoring my faith in great service!“
“KJ, Dave, and Ali are rock stars!!! It was close to closing the line was out the door and they were all so pleasent and kind to everyone in line. They worked so well together and were cleaning and filling up as they were working. KJ also made sure to put hot water under the rice to keep it warm. Three young amazing hard working people kept smiles on their faces the whole time. They all deserve a raise“

Watching team members come from to go and the back to help the line move was so effective and the employees seemed to have a sense of urgency without presenting annoyed about it. “I have to give a shout out to Will who works at this location. I pre-ordered my meal at the wrong location when I showed up to pick up my food from Will. I was so frustrated with myself! Besides wasting my money at a location I didn’t have time to drive to, I was out on my dinner. Will, completely unexpectedly, paid for my new meal as I was waited through the line to re-order my meal! I almost cried! I have never witnessed or expected such incredible kindness! “I am visiting from Minnesota.. so I have not been to this chipotle in a very long time, (many years) and I was warned that it had changed. Suggestions to drive to one further away for better service and a cleaner store. Upon my visit I found the place to be in great shape! Clean, amazingly friendly employees and my burrito bowl was a total flash back to the good old days when a bowl would feed me for at least two meals. It was full and perfect! The steak had no fatty ends that I bit into, the flavor of the steak was spot on, rice was perfect. Guac was pretty heavy on the lime.. but honestly.. that was the best Chipotle I have had in a VERY long time! Up in MN (where I live) this would have been less than half for the same price.“
“So, today I went to this chipotle, which is in my old neighborhood where my family and I used to live. I was shocked to see some of the poor reviews. As I walked in, I was greeted by two of the staff, the gentleman who started my Tacos was very nice, he and the other associate piled high everything on my Tacos, and it looks like a work of art! I checked out, grabbed my iced tea cup, and had some very good unsweet iced tea along with my crispy tacos. It was delicious. I ate every bite and had to get a fork to finish up everything that was left over in the basket! The place was clean the atmosphere niceand the food was absolutely delicious!“
“The lady that made my burrito here did a great job. And I know what you're saying. It's not that hard to make a burrito. You just put everything in the tortilla and wrap it up. But this lady actually took the time to work the contents of the burrito back and forth and mix it in the tortilla before wrapping it all up. It turned out to be one of the most balanced burritos with a little bit of every component in each bite.“

“I’ve been coming here for 3 years almost everyday after the gym and still continue to come till this day . They’ll sometimes under portion the food but if you ask for a little more they’ll give it you . There’s a guy who knows my order by head I don’t even have to say a word when I meet him at the counter . I forgot his name but he’s a very nice young man . There’s also an admirable Venezuelan girl with very very curly hair you can’t miss her . I suggest you have an 2 adult supervision on site throughout the hours to improve services someone at least 30 years old . Other than them running out of lemonade which is not a surprise it’s a very delicious popular drink . I give the restaurant a 4.5 . It has improve slightly over the years but still more work to be done . Adult supervision throughout the evening will definitely impact its services .“
“Hey, what’s going on guys? I had recently came into yawls location to get a rice and bean bowl with chicken and I had to oversee this guy. I believe his name is Lawrence. He has gold teeth. I couldn’t quite understand if he was the manager or not, but his personality was very outstanding hands-down.
