“Decided to pick up something while waiting for our flight in Orlando. The service, food and portion sizes were excellent. As for the atmosphere, well you're in an airport, so loud and annoying. My only real issue was of course the cost. These places are going to price themselves out of the business, because they are charging restaurant prices for takeout meals.“
“I am a big fan of Chipotle, I have been to several in Orlando and I can say that this one is by far the best! It's always clean, I even just left there where they were cleaning the restaurant, the staff is always smiling and they make you feel welcome! I especially need to mention Janet (I'm not sure if I'm spelling the name correctly)! I’ve been to this location many times, and she is always smiling, she serves me so well, and is very friendly! It's hard to find service like that, she really deserves a 10/10!“
“Great options, specially the bowl. It had been a while since I ate there. I would come back for sure. I got the bowl and made it up really nice with a bunch of ingredients. It was delicious and surely give it a try as it is a different option to eat“
“I love Chipotle because of the fresh food. Service is good in most of them. I'm a rewards member and always forget to mention but it would be nice if they asked are you a rewards member.

“Although most Chipotle locations are almost identical to each other, there are two main types of those: the good locations and bad locations. This is one of the good locations. The service was very and they’re multilingual.
There are a few dirty tables, but overall cleaner than some locations. The food is consistently good, but I thought the queso was lacking in flavor. Overall, would recommend this location.“
“its been years since I had chipotle because i had bad experiences at ALL the locations in Orlando including this one. today i was craving a steak burrito bowl so i went. i learned to always sample the rice because they have a problem with undercooking the rice. Many times myeal was ruined by it. Today the rice was good and my food was pretty good. what ever they did today should be the minimum standard.“
“The staff today were amazing! Due to the Chipotle website not working properly, I walked in with 36 orders to place for our teachers. I was impressed with how the team handled such a large # of orders with no notice and in a short timeframe.“
“It's Chipotle. A little difficult to mess up. Staff comes around often to try to clean and tidy up tables and beverage/ silverware stations. Staff can be cheap on serving amounts but I guess that's Chipotle policy. Overall it's Chipotle nothing more nothing less. Staff is very friendly at least to me. “
“The great thing about Chipotle is that it doesn't matter what location you go to the food is always consistent and you know exactly what you're getting from Chipotle to Chipotle... Despite a long line, he remained kind and cheerful, with a smile on his face the entire time. “This Chipotle Mexican Grill location at Mall at Millennia in Orlando is a great place to go for everything that you need in Chipotle and more. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. Good experience every time I have been here.“
“I haven’t been in a while but last night I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you to Prynce. He was making my order online and noticed it was wrong. He was using soft shells instead of the hard. He apologized and made the change without any issue started to make the tacos all over. Mind you the store was about to close. I told him to just use the same filing so not to waste. But no he made them over all fresh and even offered the wrong ones. He did it all with a smile and in this day and age that’s hard to find especially since they were almost done for the day. Thank you Prynce for making this a great visit and I will certainly come back

“They rarely have the Fajita veggies. They hate it when you ask to add something more. At first, she added like half a tea spoon of sour cream. So, I asked to add some more. She looked at me like I asked for one of her kidneys, and she dumped 2 big table spoon full. ? Glad I like sour cream, or else I would have been pissed. Be careful when you ask to add extra.“

“I just wanted to come on here and let ALL of you know the two young men who served me today were WONDERFUL! The young man with a beard and a man bun deserves a raise. He was so kind to me and other chipotlers. He truly is going above and beyond. The young man next to him was also SO king! My burrito size was DELECTABLE and all the flavors really melted together beautifully. Thank you chipotle evening shift workers of January 13th, you are seen, you are heard, and I am holding space for YOU.“
“I’ve been coming here for 3 years almost everyday after the gym and still continue to come till this day . They’ll sometimes under portion the food but if you ask for a little more they’ll give it you . There’s a guy who knows my order by head I don’t even have to say a word when I meet him at the counter . I forgot his name but he’s a very nice young man . There’s also an admirable Venezuelan girl with very very curly hair you can’t miss her . I suggest you have an 2 adult supervision on site throughout the hours to improve services someone at least 30 years old . Other than them running out of lemonade which is not a surprise it’s a very delicious popular drink . I give the restaurant a 4.5 . It has improve slightly over the years but still more work to be done . Adult supervision throughout the evening will definitely impact its services .“
“I would like to thank the employees that work at this Chipotle. Me my daughter and grand daughter love eating at Chipotle but do not like cilantro. Some other locations are very rude when we ask for plain white rice. At this location they never have s problem with it and are very sweet especially the young man named Lawrence. Merry Christmas and please give Lawrence a raise he deserves it!!“
