“This was our first time here. We are not from the area. We were so impressed with the plates. My husband is not a healthy eater but loved his Martin sandwich. It is the first pic I posted. He loved everything about it! He said the onion wrap was strong and really grew on him. He loved the jalapeño addition!
I had the taco salad… it was so it’s better than I ever imagined! I will definitely drive the 2+ hours it takes to get back to Sarasota to eat at this restaurant again and also purchase some of the sauces they use and bring them home! I guess they are involved in a farmers market nearby on Saturdays, where they sell a lot of their products which I am also excited to go to.

Incredibly kind owner and staff as well, this place is a must visit if in the Sarasota area (and beyond!) Once you've tasted Jake's ice cream it's hard to ever eat anything else, he's raising the standards for homemade ice cream with every flavor - although we all have our favorites we've never tried one we didn't like!! “We were at Spearfish last night and would HIGHLY recommend it! We showed up around 7:00 pm with a party of 8. We were seated inside in under 20 minutes. Our server “A” was amazing and an absolute blast! The food was fabulous! The clam chowder was hot and delicious. The calamari was one of the best we have had and we would definitely recommend getting the hogfish fish and chips….soooo good! The icing on the cake was the family feel from the staff who have all worked there for 3+ years. We are here for a week and might have to go back again! It was that good!“

I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience and the coffee and baked goods are always delicious! The baristas are amazing and although we probably shouldn't have favorites, I simply adore Veronika and Karissa. The two of them are always ready with a smile, a cheerful, 'Good Morning!' and even if I've had an icky start to my day, the two of them are always able to brighten my mood and I wind up walking out with delicious coffee and a smile.
