“I stopped at this Culver's location while passing through Madison and ended up staying longer than expected. The restaurant was busy but organized, and food moved out to tables steadily without feeling rushed. I ordered a ButterBurger with cheese and it arrived hot with a soft toasted bun and a well-seasoned patty that delivered exactly the kind of comfort-food experience I was looking for.

Alongside it, I ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and a side of crinkle-cut fries. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and soft inside, making them easy to keep reaching for even after I felt full. The fries were simple but fresh and paired well with everything on the tray. To finish, I grabbed a scoop of frozen custard which was smooth, creamy, and a nice way to end the meal.

What I appreciate about places like this is consistency. Nothing felt overly complicated or designed for social media. It was just good food served by friendly staff in a relaxed setting. Sometimes that's exactly what makes a meal memorable.“

“We arrived for breakfast and were greeted promptly. The menu selection was good for the size of the diner. Good home town cooking, friendly staff and good service. Obviously they prepare food the old fashioned way. Peppers and onions for the omelettes sliced (vs prepared diced), plenty of filling in omelette. Will definitely return.“

“Highly recommend for family gatherings! We just had our Baby Shower in their event space & we had an amazing time. All the staff was super friendly, very accommodating and easy to work with & book. The food and drinks were delicious and fast. Our host/waitress was so sweet and fun and great about interacting with everyone at the shower. The kids present were very happy to feed the gators, visit the parrots, and pretty much wander around in between the games. I cannot recommend their services enough and I am beyond happy we chose here for our baby shower.“

“This restaurant is not far from the Sunseeker Resort where we stayed. All the restaurants at Sunseeker shut down at 9 pm as though you're 80 years old or older. The food at Applebee's was better and much cheaper. Went close to closing and was thinking the food would be lousy since it was time for them to close but my husband and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return if we stay at Sunseekers again!“

We visited for the first time on 3/13/26 and were surprised to find this level of cuisine at such an affordable price. Don’t think twice… drop in to see if a table is available or call to reserve a table in advance because you don’t want to miss out. We’ll definitely be back frequently and will let everyone know that this is the quality and style we want in Sanford. P.S. The staff was fabulous in every way too!“

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“
