“I would like to tell y’all about my dining experience Tonight. I went to a restaurant I had not been to in a while. We sat down and we’re greeted by a very nice woman and we’re ask, what would we like to drink. We each told her and she said she would be right back with our drinks. Upon her return she came with out Diet Pepsi and unsweetened ice tea and two small bowls. When she sat the bowls down, my wife told her we had not ordered what was in the bowls and the server, said, it was complementary. Of course I was not going to refuse free vegetable soup, nor would any of you, especially after tasting it. It was remarkable. We then placed our orders and Brooker ask if there was anything else she could get. By now I had tasted the soup and my response was, a gallon of soup to go. We all sort of chuckled as she headed to turn in our order. Before Brooker returned with our meals, I had finished my bowl and my wife’s. This vegetable soup was very good. Did I already say that? Well it was. For diner, my wife had grilled chicken breast, which she raved about, during our time there, while I had collard greens, fried eggplant, hush puppies and the seafood platter, fried of course. All of this food was exceptional but the star of this night was Brooker. She was by far one of the best waitresses I have had the pleasure of meeting. She came to our table several times, to check on us, refilled our drinks before they were empty and was constantly checking on us to see if she could get us anything. She is an asset to this restaurant. If any of you happen to go to Bradley’s Steak and Seafood at 909 N. State Rd. 19 Palatka Fl 386-326-4334, ask to have Brooker wait on you. You will be amazed with her attention to you, while you are there.“
