“My wife and I had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant in Alton. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. “Great food huge slices of pizza“

“We ordered pizza for delivery and pickup a second night. The pizzas were both traditional crust, woodfired pizza. The penne noodles with Alfredo sauce were great, and the parmesean bread appetizer was good too. Some marinara sauce on the side for those would be great. We loved it all!“

“Yum every dish is Unusual fresh and distinctive“

“Our food was delicious! We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we were allowed to bring our own cake and usually they charge a cake cutting fee but the manager was nice enough to waive that for us. I requested outdoor seating overlooking the water and sort of near the live music but we were sat in the middle of an area where there was constant foot traffic by waiters and guests and they were bumping into my chair a lot which was annoying. We didn’t have a view of the water because there was a large screen with a projector showing scenes of Italy. Not to mention there was no live music which was disappointing because the website said Fridays and Saturdays. The service was very slow. There was no kids menu and the toddlers we had with us wanted a small portion but when we ordered a small pizza for our son they brought him a medium and charged us $18! He’s 3 years old! When it was time for cake I thought the staff would bring it out with the candles lit and sing but the waiter put the cake down in front of my husband and then was trying to light the candles and started using one candle to light another instead of using the lighter and it took a minute and then there weren’t staff members there singing at all just our family. It was awkward. They took the cake out back to cut it which took probably 15 minutes and I didn’t get the cake topper or candles back. We had to ask for the check and boxes as the server wasn’t very attentive the whole time. There weren’t staff members different waitstaff who came to the table to assist. Overall it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for unfortunately.“

“I brought my family to Brio up in Palm Beach gardens while on vacation. The food was exceptional. My wife and two kids ordered CHICKEN MILANESE,GRILLED CHICKEN MARSALA, BRUSCHETTA SAMPLER and CRISPY CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD alongside an appetizer of fresh calamari. The aura inside was super relaxed and chill and the hostess and I believe it was the GM who was dressed in such business boss like attired escorted us to our table and gave us a warm-welcome while helping the hostess seat us to our table. Who ever is in charge which I think was the lovely woman in business like attired runs the facility so well. Even while dinning we don’t really see this in business anymore but the GM was working the line with the other line cooks and serves bringing out food to the tables as well as following up with all the guests including my family. So impressed with the service what a nice woman and staff she runs. Thanks for your service.“
