“All I can say is WOW. My team and I recently had the pleasure of working with Corks and Forks for our recent property opening. Mel and her entire team knocked it out of the park, on every level: professionalism, preparation, execution, accommodation, kindness, patience, attentiveness, services, and quality all around—from the cuisine, to the bar, to the flowers, valet, and DJ—top notch in every sense. Looking forward to the next chance to work with them!“

“I kept seeing posts about this place and knew I had to give it a try! We stopped by after church on Sunday, and I have to say—it was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we walked up to their stand, we were met with excellent customer service. Since most of the staff spoke Spanish and the menu was primarily in Spanish, one of the employees kindly came over to help us navigate the menu and place our order. Her patience and willingness to assist made us feel so welcome and was incredibly thoughtful.
Great service can make all the difference, and they definitely delivered. The churros were delicious, and the overall experience was just as sweet. We’ll definitely be back!“
“Dear Hugo, and Hugo’s Gourmet Team We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible meals you prepared for our wedding day. From the very first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm presence made the experience even more special. You didn’t just provide catering—you helped create memories that we’ll cherish forever. We truly appreciate the care and effort you put into making our celebration unforgettable. Thank you again for sharing your talent with us on such an important day. We feel so lucky to have had you as part of our wedding. With gratitude, Julissa & Nicolas.“

“Tim Edward’s was the glue that held my party together. With less than a month to plan and execute this event and with only 2 weeks given to them they problem solved for a lot of disconnected parts of our catering experience on the fly, some of which weren’t even their teams responsibility. If you aren’t working with Tim Edward’s and you’re throwing a massive party on the island you’re missing out. Also huge shout out for the filet crostini, still dreaming about it two weeks later 🤤🥰“
“on point aviation catering is what they do..The eatery's are creative and the place you want to be.“
