Throughout my visit, both Julio and Genesis frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect, and their warmth made it feel as if I was dining with family. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making it memorable.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Fresh Avocado Toast and Tomato Bisque, as they were standout dishes that showcased the high quality of The Pots' menu.

“First time here. I've known about this place for many years when I first saw the restaurant in Coral Springs and now they have 2 locations in Boca Raton and the food is excellent. The chicken soup is very good along with our dinners and full liquor as well. We highly recommend El Balcon de las Americas!“

“We came by for a quick coffee this Saturday and the customer service was top notch from the lovely Hispanic lady that was working all stations by herself. We didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and attentive to everyone not just us. The food was a little delayed but with a rush of people and only her to handle each station (coffee, food, cashier) she did wonderful!“

Quick service the staff member working there was friendly and juggling the drive thru and walk up window alone. Ice cream was delicious. My friend had soft serve and it was very creamy and delicious milkshake. Reasonably priced too.“

“Best bubble tea ever! The owner recommended an iced peach black tea espresso (hope I got that right) — a surprisingly amazing combo. I’ll definitely be back for more. The taro bubble tea and mango smoothie were also spot on, with none of that powdery or syrupy taste I can’t stand. My daughter loved the macaron and devoured the rainbow marshmallow treat we got for later. We will be back very soon!“

“I can't speak highly enough about this company in general, but more specifically, this location (Cypress Creek Rd). The coffee itself is great and they have heavy cream, which is almost impossible to find at any coffee shop, even the very high end ones. However, what makes me come back here again and again, is the staff. The ladies that work at this location are amazing. They are polite, efficient, friendly, and make you feel valued as a customer (which is a rarity after 2020!). Also,the atmosphere at Filomenas is so fun. I don't live near this location, so I haven't been able to partake in the after hours music events, but they look so cool and fun. It's nice to have a place where you can grab a good and quick bite to eat, with quality coffee/drink options, a great rewards program, and fantastic staff. Even though I have a state-of-the-art coffee machine at work, I make a point to drive here a few times a week to enjoy my break and have a great Cafe au lait. I highly recommend this coffee/Cafe to everyone!“

Just tell them what you like (strong, light, decaf, etc), then how you typically brew your Java and they’ll recommend the best coffee that meets your taste, and if you prefer ground coffee, will grind it specifically to the coarseness of your brewing machine.
