“My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!“

“When I walked in, Andie was right there and ready to help. It was my first visit. She offered me all of the options. I enjoyed the food, it was a bigger, better version of the Steak & Shake burger. I believe that they are both Black Angus beef. The only negative thing that I have to say is about the location. It was obviously an afterthought and I hope that it lasts or moves to a different location. This was the Boca Raton location. If I'm in the area and am looking for a burger, that's the place.“

“This was a wonderful experience! The manager Amber greeted us and took our order. She was so polite, funny, and very social. It was a refreshing change from the service typical of a counter order restaurant. She recommended a customized burger for our son, learning he enjoys barbecue sauce! Fantastic service! “10/10 burger joint! I ordered the rodeo with regular fries and a fountain drink and my total was $20 something and I'd say it's absolutely worth it. You spend more at wendys for the same thing and less quality. The guy that greeted us I assume is the owner was very down to earth and funny made you feel like you were cousins cracking jokes. Fay exemplifies everything one would hope for in a business owner. She is exceptionally smart, hardworking, energetic and deeply committed to delivering a positive customer experience. What stands out most is her genuine openness to feedback—she listens, adapts, and continually strives to improve her operation in meaningful ways.

This location, prior to Fay’s leadership, struggled with exceptionally poor management and a lack of customer focus. Service was often painfully and unacceptably slow, and there appeared to be little sense of pride or accountability among the staff. Complaints were met with shrugs. Customers in line were second in priority to incoming internet orders, not the other way around. Under Fay’s direction, however, the difference is remarkable. The atmosphere is now more welcoming, the service is now attentive and efficient, and it is abundantly clear that she takes great pride in every aspect of the restaurant’s cleanliness and performance.

Fay’s track record speaks for itself. During her time managing the SW 18th Street Burger Fi location, she successfully oversaw a noticeable increase in sales... a testament to her leadership, operational skill, and customer-first mindset. I have every confidence that she will achieve similar, if not greater, success at her current location. As word spreads that this West Boca restaurant is now under her management, I am certain that customer traffic and sales will grow significantly.

Personally, I look forward to being one of many loyal and returning customers who appreciate the care and dedication Fay brings to her business each day. My suggestion to her would be to immediately put up a huge banner saying UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT in an effort to recover years of lost patrons who would otherwise probably not return.
