“Service is usually top notch but not on this day. No menu to share and didn't get one when asked so a bit disappointed after being spoiled with friendly customer service in the past. Food on the other hand? yum, yum. What sorcery is this? It's the sauce of course. It's simply addictive. Dip ur fries in ur favorite sauce or mix the chickfila sauce w/ ketchup and u just can't stop. Put either sauce of ur choice on ur sandwich and it's the same magic.“

“Thankful for all the years I've had with this Chic Fil A being close to home! The mall has had its ups and downs, but Chic Fil A staff are always so polite and busy! Sadly the last few years I've gone, their cookies were no longer fresh/warm unless you ask to reheat them, but I appreciate that the food is always delicious, and staff is very polite. I still have the free cow plushie I got many years ago for waiting on my cookie 🍟🍔🍪🐮“

“Deetrick (DJ) was our server and was so kind. He truly made both me and my boyfriend laugh and smile the whole time. DJ is as if chick-fil-a was a person and truly made the experience worth while. He helped us with ordering and getting everything we needed sorted out. We had a pretty complicated order but he was patient and kind. Truly such a breathe of fresh air i had to write a review just to hype him up. Please give this man a raise or a promotion or something.“
