“Never disappoints. Food is consistently delicious no matter which location I have eaten at. My favorites are the filet and New York strip steak. My favorite side is their yam with butter and cinnamon. Salad is always fresh and served cool. Bread is served warm.“

“Special thanks to Gabriel, our server, at the Pembroke Pines, Florida, location. I must admit. I dined at Firebird back in 2017, and it wasn't my favorite experience. Recently, I returned, and I was blown away with the quality of the food, service, and experience. I really like the $39.00 three-course option. “Food is not consistent, but if you stick to the lambchop and crab cake appetizer you'll be OK. The space is the best thing about the place. Really up scale nice and chill, and you can smoke cigars. Of course it didn't hurt that random beautiful women walk by and will speak and hang with you too.“

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!“

“My wife and I go to this long horn every year on Valentine’s Day . This year 2025 we went and waited an hour to be seated As expected of such a busy day. Our waiter Ryan C, was fantastic. He got us our margaritas within a few minutes of us sitting down and the food came very fast considering such a busy day. The steaks were amazing as always, the drinks were great and all around great experience. Thank you Ryan for the incredible service.“

“The ribeye steak I had at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with rich, savory flavor. The marbling of fat throughout the steak added just the right amount of tenderness, and it was seasoned simply yet wonderfully, allowing the natural flavors to shine. The outside had a nice sear, and the inside was perfectly medium-rare, just the way I like it.

The service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, offering great recommendations, and checking in at just the right times. “They have a really good special 3 course meal for $39! The Caesar salad and dessert were delicious. Portions were large and food was good. They could improve on the filet but the sirloin was really good. The salmon was good but too much sauce and needed lemon or something. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. With that said , I would give our waitress Michelle a 10 out of 10. She was on point with everything! She refilled drinks, never had to ask, she brought out anything we asked for immediately and constantly checked on how we were doing .“

My waitress was amazing! I tipped around 30% because she was worth it. I'm not a heavy steak eater, but the next time I'm in the mood, this will be the place.
