“Ashley came from.the back with this beautiful smile and bright eyes! She was warm and professional. She made our sandwiches which so much care and attention. I know it is something so small to some but as an owner of 3 businesses, customer care is something I deeply value. She exemplified what it is to show up extraordinarily in the mundane and seemingly unimportant tasks. The atmosphere was set with her customer care. The store was clean, the veggies and food were fresh even at 8 p.m. at night on a Monday. I'm impressed and pleased!

“I've only been through the drive-thru. But they are very efficient and fast. Food always tastes great. I would suggest a milkshake. Super easy to order and they have your food out by the time you get around to the next window. The kids that take your order are usually super nice and friendly.“

“A lot of people think that Whataburger is fast food it is actually fast casual because they have to make every order at the time of the order so if you come at 2 o’clock 3 o’clock 6 o’clock in the morning, there’s only three people working and all chicken orders have to be made to order Whataburger doesn’t stack up premade burgers. Every sandwich is made to order understanding fast food i.e. McDonald’s versus Whataburger fast casual. I’ll take Whataburger any day.“

I have to say Shina made me feel like I was the only customer in the restaurant! I’m not going to lie when I first pulled up I was skeptical. Not being from the area, I did at FIRST “judged a book by its cover”! However, when I first walked in I was met by a friendly smile and greeted by Shina! As we were ordering, she made suggestions that I had NEVER heard and I’ve been a Hardee’s customer for over 30 years. She personally brought or food to our table and it was all fresh and correct. The food tasted amazing! The only complaint I could say which is out of the staff’s fault, is the men’s bathroom door was super hard to open and could use some repairs. Outside of that, I’d definitely eat there again! Management, Owners, GM, if you are reading this, Shina makes a big difference at this restaurant and NEEDS to be recognized for her attitude, poise, and professionalism at this restaurant! **Please note I’m on vacation and don’t know this person at all!! “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

“Received some really heart breaking news on Tuesday followed by a sleepless night and medical testing so my husband and I stopped here for take out on the way home for an easy dinner on Wednesday 6/25. Apparently my husband let the girl making the sandwiches know that I was going through it because they definitely made my blt with a little extra love and just wanted to leave this review as a thank you to whoever was working yesterday. I know it’s just a sandwich but the gesture of doing something kind to try to make a strangers day better meant an incredible amount. Decided to stop in and give Wendy's a try, again. Previously orders were wrong, crew not cordial, sandwich looked like it had been ran over. However, last night, almost all of the drive thru crew were very friendly, the order was not only correct but hot, condiments and napkins were in bag. They were fast, friendly and effective.“

“I've never had any issues with service or speed, except once. However, I do have an issue with you changing your opening time to 7am. What the heck??? I have to be at school by 7am. So now I can't stop and get breakfast. I guess I'll have to go to Chick-fil-A now. Oh well, your loss.“

“This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.“
