“Ashley came from.the back with this beautiful smile and bright eyes! She was warm and professional. She made our sandwiches which so much care and attention. I know it is something so small to some but as an owner of 3 businesses, customer care is something I deeply value. She exemplified what it is to show up extraordinarily in the mundane and seemingly unimportant tasks. The atmosphere was set with her customer care. The store was clean, the veggies and food were fresh even at 8 p.m. at night on a Monday. I'm impressed and pleased!

“I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations around Pensacola since moving here 4–5 years ago, and the one thing that stands out the most about the Bayou location is the customer service.

The staff consistently goes above and beyond compared with other locations. I’m all about the vibration and energy of people and places, and the vibration at this location is truly next level.

Everyone on the staff is awesome, but two team members who really stand out to me right now are David and Isabelle.

David does an amazing job keeping the dining area clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. He’s always attentive and willing to refill your drink or get whatever you need while dining there.

And then there’s Isabelle, who has the most beautiful smile and such a huge, bright light. You can genuinely feel her positive energy when she interacts with people.

Big appreciation to the entire Bayou Chick-fil-A team for creating an experience that goes beyond just good food. The people and the energy make this location special.“

“On an unusually busy morning, the staff took orders, checked in with customers in the lobby who were waiting, and were aware of the longer than usual wait for some. There were several seated customers and many walk up customers when I walked in. My first thought was that the restaurant was WAY more busy than usual, with cars in the drive through and a busy lobby. The staff was attentive and busy filling orders and getting everyone out the door! Service with smile:)“

“I’ve been to Raising Cane’s locations all across the US, and the quality of food at this one is on par with what I have experienced elsewhere. Their signature juicy chicken with savory sauce, and unmatched Texas toast always has me excited for my next visit. What stands out more than the food at this location, however, is the service. Timely, kind, and respectful are the words I would use to describe the staff there. One staff member in particular, Kia, made my most recent visit very pleasant. I hope to see her next time I visit.“

“On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

“Received some really heart breaking news on Tuesday followed by a sleepless night and medical testing so my husband and I stopped here for take out on the way home for an easy dinner on Wednesday 6/25. Apparently my husband let the girl making the sandwiches know that I was going through it because they definitely made my blt with a little extra love and just wanted to leave this review as a thank you to whoever was working yesterday. I know it’s just a sandwich but the gesture of doing something kind to try to make a strangers day better meant an incredible amount. “This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.“

“I have visited this location several times, and they are always consistent. Food is fast and tasty. I usually sit outside (to thaw from being inside all day). They have limited two person tables outside, but they are shaded around lunchtime. They never super busy, and I am able to get in and out quickly.“

“I placed an online order for pickup tonight but accidentally ordered from the Davis Highway location. It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!“
