“My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.“

This location (on two occasions) was extremely accommodating and friendly. My son said it was the best sub he ever had. We are incredibly appreciative of the care they took making his safe sub, and we enjoyed our subs as well.“

“I recently ordered from this location for delivery. They were extremely busy so they outsourced the delivery to Uber eats. When Uber delivered my order they also gave me someone else's order. I called the Uber driver repeatedly but they would not answer. I called Jimmy John's and explained the situation and they told me the Uber driver refused to come back.(LAZY)So instead of this order going to waste and then remaking it, the employees and manager made a quick decision to come back and pick it up from me and then deliver to the rightful customer. They did all of this so quickly and seamlessly! They were extremely nice and professional! Very impressive! Quality is always on point and this situation made it all the better! Love this location!“
