“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“I really enjoyed the juices and the whole self strengthening process. I am a gastric bypass patient from 2014 who needed help resetting my pouch. (I was eating too much at a time) I can now feel that I can only eat my small portions just as I used to after surgery. Being more self conscience over the choices of food I’m eating once again. My biggest fear when I received the juices was that I would not like them, the texture, taste etc… boy was I wrong, I loved them! I only drank what I could with in the 15 minutes you recommend. “My husband and I were in the mood for acai. We found this place very close to our house. Christian attended to us when we arrive. He recommended the Ultimate acai which was AMAZING. My husband got the ya tu sabes bowl. The acai here is creamy and delicious . You can tell it isn't mixed with additives. Toppings were fresh even at 830pm. We were happy we went there for a healthy light dinner. They have many other healthy options including protein packed flatbreads. We will be going back to try those out. It's a Latin fruit stand location with a cafeteria, but It is welcoming for us Americans. I got a ½ gallon jug of Guanbana juice for $10 now that's a bargain. I have bought drink at other place 1 cup $7, this is a bargain. I also bought a plate of food rice & peas, steak, and tostones $10, lots of food. Picked up some more fruits and other things. Prices not too steep, very reasonable. Place is clean and friendly too. They do speak Spanish bur willing to talk English just be patience.“
