“I have to admit I was optimistic about this business starting up in this particular spot.it use to be a checkers and when it closed the building went to hell! However, the owners had patience and the willingnrss to open a business that would succeed! I was also concerned the business would fail do to the fact there are other businesses located immediately surrounding this one. There prices were a little high, and honestly the restaurant is an open outdoors restaurant and my thought was who in their right mind would want to drink hot coffee in Florida's heat. I was wrong the business is strong and growing. Great Job and welcome to the area! What a refreshing change!“

“the tea here is decent. i haven’t tried the food, so i can’t comment on that, but i have to mention that the taro slush is extremely sweet. the tapioca balls don’t help with that either. i’d recommend ordering it at least 75% sweet to tone it down a bit. overall, i’d say it’s worth a try.“

Coffee is good. Never had an issue with a coffee order and mine get complex.

“Every week I swing by this Dunkin Donuts location to get my cappuccino's and a plain donut. Mike aka "That one guy" normally serves each week. Greets me with a big smile and very friendly, also remembers my name. He always gets my order quickly together and is accurate. This guy is a asset to this branch and great at customer service I hope he says awhile. Definitely deserves more then 5 stars...??????“
