“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

“Excellent Lunch and service.
The management team and staff are top notch. We took mom for her 78th bday and had an issue with our reservation. Ian and team went above and beyond and I mean way above and beyond to rectify the issue. I felt like we were in a top notch county club with all of the staff taking care of us. J Alexander’s is the real deal company. They actually care about their guests. That’s hard to find nowadays. We will be back and continue to tell everybody about how phenomenal the management, service and of course the delicious always consistent food is.“

“Our party had the Wagyu Burger, the Cowboy Burger, and the Roasted Grouper. Every dish was incredible. The Coconut Under the Sun cocktail was a new experience and we all loved it. Do not pass on the desserts; exquisite is the least I can say. 100% coming back!!!“

The atmosphere is great, and the frozen Piña Colada did not disappoint. The menu is a bit limited, so I just had the chips and salsa—not really what I was in the mood for food-wise—but I did enjoy browsing through the connected Tommy Bahama store and got some shopping done. “We just left North South Grill after having visited there for the first time. It's Saturday night December 13th, 2025. Never having before ever experienced a Smashburger in any form, that is what I ordered. I ordered the double blue cheese Smashburger and man oh man! That has got to be one of the tastiest Burgers that has ever passed between my lips in all my 65 years of walking this planet. The fries were equally as impressive. I met Kat and Terry the owners, both real nice people so if you are in the mood for an amazing burger, you owe it to yourself to come on out. My son ordered a large steak sub and was equally impressed.“

“Amazing experience from start to finish. Chad provided great service—attentive, friendly, and on point. The food was outstanding: the 1 lb meatball was huge and flavorful, the chicken wings were perfectly cooked, the crispy jalapeño potatoes had the right kick, and the wedge burger was fresh, juicy, and delicious. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back!

“On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“
