“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

“Wow just wow! Food was amazing and portions are enormous! My family of 4 usually shares a pancake and one other item such as the hot potatoes bowl or a savory crepe! If you want to change the protein in anything just ask! We do not eat pork and they accommodate us and even make our items on a clean grill and change their gloves! Not many places will do this! The owner is almost always there and he is cooking or making coffee. The entire staff is friendly and after just 3 visits remembered us and knew our coffee likes. Thanks Cody and crew for an amazing place to treat our family with food and coffee!“

“the restaurant is located in ocean jewels resort . the restaurant is extremely clean. I have food allergies an the lady let me read the labels , made my hamburger with cheese no bun. I substituted a fruit cup for French fries. that was a bit skimpy, even tho I paid a $ additional $3.00. my husband ordered BLT, he was happy with it . a bit pricey but the food is excellent and it's very clean. the only issue I had was the trainee perhaps? eating a biscuit right behind the counter“

Yup, should have returned it! Everyone else's sandwiches were full & delicious looking. Hope they remove this Mill Grill cheese as it's a joke & where did they come up with that name??“

“Kind of like a beachy TGIF’s. Cool fun atmosphere with junk all over the walls. Our waiter was AMAZING. Super friendly and knowledgeable about what’s vegan on the menu and what to modify. “We went to Caribbean Jacks while on vacation, and were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. This is not the reason for the review however. When we contacted the restaurant about a possible lost credit card, Chris and the rest of his staff went above and beyond by locating the card, then personally mailing it to our home. Also being a drive-through it’s very tight if you have a larger vehicle.“
