“We tried this local restaurant today for the first time. The food was terrific, cooked perfectly. The “fish camp fixings” was a nice addition. Our server was friendly and efficient. We dined outside to enjoy the beautiful day. The children’s playground out there seemed out of place. It took away from the esthetics of the place and the whole dining experience.“

“Listen, I love the three cheese chicken penne. I crave it every waking moment of my day. I would have it everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s so delicious. I have to force myself to save some in the restaurant to take home to have the next day, because after i have that meal, it’s the best day ever. And this restaurant is so understanding of my accommodations. I’m vegetarian, and no matter what they always put it on the side for me. If i could choose to have a meal before my death it would be the three cheese chicken penne, chicken on the side please so my boyfriend can meal prep with it later in the week. Thank you applebees, i wish i could give you all my money. Please make an applebees in Palm Coast so i dont have to drive to Port Orange 🙏“

“My wife and I had an early dinner at Boondocks in Port Orange. The drinks and food were great. The only thing better was the service. If a server passed your table, with a smile they asked how everything was and did you need anything. Best staff attitude I have seen in a long time. Cudos to the Staff and mgt. Of Boondocks Port Orange. A must go.“

“Best conch fritters ever! Fied shrimp are also great. Large butterfly style. Atmosphere is great watching the boats go by,especially on weekends and occasionally dolphin seen feeding.“

“Seriously, the best chinese takeout! Always fresh, never greasy or upsetting to the stomach. The only takeout I can eat and feel better after, not worse! “We started out sitting near the kitchen at the bar, and while the bartender was fantastic, there was a bit of an unexpected smell coming from the kitchen. No problem though—we just moved down to the other end of the bar, and the bartender was more than happy to accommodate us with a smile. She mixed up an amazing drink, got our food out quickly, and everything tasted really good. In the end, we had a great time, enjoyed our meal, and left happy!“
