“So delicious. A co worker turned me on to this chicken many years ago and I have to get it when I’m in the area. I always get the half or quarter chicken combo with cilantro rice and spicy beans. Amazing! The sauces are so good they should sell both by the jar. I should try something else but the chicken is so good I can’t. Always friendly service too!“

“Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????“

“PDQ always has great/consistent food quality. Their service is great and always quick. They keep and run a very clean restaurant. PDQ is by far my favorite fast food chicken restaurant. I love the sandwiches, specifically the Buffy blue sandwich. Their Buffalo blue cheese sauce is incredible. Absolutely love the limited time maple pecan milkshake.“

“I drive past this location often and was confused when I googled the address because it’s inside the Shell Gas Station. The pieces were a good portion and seasoned well not too salty. Didn’t get a biscuit because it was separate. Overall good spot to grab lunch because they close at 4“

Parking: Parking is bad, but by no fault of Chic-fil-A. It is always so crowded at every store we’ve been to. They handle it to the best of their ability. Plenty of employees even outside taking orders. It’s hard to preform as well as they do with serving max crowds. Love your employees attitudes. By far the best!!“

“We have been longtime supporters of PDQ and this location did a GREAT last week when Manager Victoria helped make the delivery of lunch to a doctor's office EXTRA SPECIAL. I called the restaurant and requested that a handwritten note be included thanking the Doctor and his staff for their exceptional care. You all made so many people smile that day (plus they LOVED the food!).“

“The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.“

“Really depends what shift you get. The Brandon's location in Florida will prove to show the opening team is alot more service friendly than the closing team. Would have rated higher in service so it's overall the good with the bad..“

“Generally, I don’t stop at this CFA but it convenient. Well, I’ll stick to my regular CFA restaurant. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and once I opened my bag, I guess I could see why the service was so fast. My fries were burned UGH. Thankfully my sandwich was good. I would still recommend this location BUT check your food before leaving.“
