I don't drink coffee often but since I am moving to Apollo Beach today I decided to stop by today for a coffee and Emi was at the counter again and I can testify that Friday wasn't a fluke. She is exactly what any business owner to want at the front line. So many businesses are struggling to find good employees and it's obvious when I walk into a store and get the employee doesn't want to be there and you are inconveniencing them by asking for help.
