“I came for a quick morning trip to Tampa and decided to stop by this awesome spot on my way back! I really enjoyed my time and Hunter's intellectual conversation that educated me on all the awesome different options they offer! He also greated everyone by name and treated them as if they were family :) The atmosphere was very inviting and even the customers were super friendly! I loved the attached room where people were training/working out!! Oh I almost forgot the Caramel Dream & blueberry muffin that was recommended were both amazing!! I definitely will be back!!“

“Scrumptious home made ice cream at Kimi's. I don’t have enough words to describe just how good it is! We went to the Riverview location on a weekday evening. I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. I wish that I had gotten their names. Generous portions & good value. Anyway, if you are craving some delicious, really perfect ice cream, look no further than Kimi’s. Our tum tums are so happy that we did!“

“I stopped in on Friday to buy some sweets for a co worker's birthday and was greeted by Emi. Her smile was warm and her personality was even better. I don't drink coffee often but since I am moving to Apollo Beach today I decided to stop by today for a coffee and Emi was at the counter again and I can testify that Friday wasn't a fluke. She is exactly what any business owner to want at the front line. So many businesses are struggling to find good employees and it's obvious when I walk into a store and get the employee doesn't want to be there and you are inconveniencing them by asking for help. Not only does Emi deserve recognition but she deserves a raise also!!“

“Customer service still means a lot to me. Jennifer here at this DD location gets it. She changed my whole mood with her fantastic attitude. I understand that there are rush periods, but even at those times a please and thank you is never too much to ask from a cashier. I wish all businesses recognized the importance of this little polite interaction.“

“This is the best Dunkin ever the entire staff is amazing the manager is professional kind
and runs that place perfectly. Dee treats my son so well she's even bought him a toy that he loved so much. He goes in there everyday to show her a new toy. I would give this dunkin 10 stars. Also my coffee is perfect everytime and that is almost impossible at other locations“

“Ordered online, everything was super quick for the morning. The cashier, Tokyo, was so sweet and polite which is missed a lot lately in drive thrus. She was communicative, polite, and fast but not in a rushing way. Thanks for the great experience Tokyo!!“
