“This location is not too bad. Sometimes the drive thru overflows to the road. Staff were very friendly and made my drink correctly. Cheese Danish was warm as requested. This location will be moving to the corner soon. Depending on the time of day I visit, I will back in so I can just pull out and avoid getting hit.“
“This Starbucks in Riverview, FL was literally overwhelmed on a recent Saturday morning 10am to 12noon with lines of customers inside, each waiting 10 to 15 minutes to pick up to-go beverages. Constant lines of cars outside kept most of staff too busy taking & filling the drive-thru orders to handle the walk in-sit down customers who stood in another but shorter line to order. Once my orders were taken, it was a 15-minute or longer wait. However, the breakfast food was very yummy, as were our coffee beverages.
On a side note, as a Starbucks customer for almost 30 years in Atlanta and Tampa/St Pete, I've got to say I HATE the "new" store interior layouts. Their feel is very cold, unwelcoming with hard school chairs, sterile tile floors, and dull gray walls. The a/c so chilly no one wants to linger longer than absolutely necessary. Zero ambiance, to put it politely.
But does anyone at Starbucks corporate remember the warmth & hospitality of Caribou Coffee shops? Omg, it was the ideal coffee shop....I wanted to go there about every day. Today the "newish" Starbucks store design is so utilitarian I literally don't want to go to one, unless I must meet a friend there for a coffee (which is still very good).“
“Chloe was my cashier.She is a super sweet girl.I was having a bad day and decided to get some coffee.She was so kind and personable with me.I accidentally gave her $40 instead of what I thought was a $20 bill, she got it back to me.I appreciate you chloe!“
“Such a cute Starbucks. It feels like a hallmark movie when you walk in. The staff are the friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met (and I have been to a lot of Starbucks). They offer suggestions based on what you like and offer to remake something if you don’t like it. Our lattes came out great. Absolutely love it here!
