“The manager here is a great person, I was involved in a auto accident on i75 that resulted in a loss of vehicle. At 12:00a.m. he still allowed us to order food with no vehicle and on top of that refused to let us pay for our order, he simply said "it's on us sorry to hear about the car accident "..when I think about his kindness I'm speechless...thank you again!!..“

“Today everything was right and I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get my food. I always do curbside pick sometimes they don’t bring all of the drinks and food out right away. Ice cream machine never works always out of sweet tea later in the night

“Such an amazing experience anytime my daughter and I come in. Gabby and Natalie are extremely helpful and provide wonderful customer service. They work so hard! I love taking my daughter here to enjoy her favorite strawberry milkshake. We tried the pizza today and it was absolutely delicious! You can’t get a better pizza. Support local! So good!“

“I want to start by saying we love this place! My husband and I come here once a week for coffee and breakfast! BUT I will say the owners are not personable or very talkative at all. Sometimes they seem almost bothered or feel as you’re being rushed. The girls who work here are super sweet but again they seem to rush you. The layout of having a line of people order and then back track to get your food is odd. It just causes congestion! Again, we love the food but some of the staff just make it to where I don’t want to come anymore. The whole area was so excited for a local breakfast place but I just expected nicer staff I guess. I will say MaKayla (not owner) is always sweet and a girl she typically works dirty blonde hair and usually a ponytail is SO sweet as well!“

“Absolutely one of the Best vendors I've ever worked with. We really love Ryans work ethic and family values. Easily the best coffee in Manatee county. Paired with their refreshing non caffeinated drinks for the littles and Ryans jovial banter with his guests, Ryans Coffee House is hands down our favorite Caffeine dealer. Well earned 5 stars.“

I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. “I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

“BEST customer service! Whomever manages this store... you have awesome employees! Twice now, I've been met with smiles and genuine conversation that goes beyond the surface level "how are you today?" On two separate occasions, two separate employees have asked me my name a second time, not for the coffee order, but at the window as we wait for the order to be fulfilled so that they can properly address me and have a friendly conversation. I honestly don't know how to put it into words, but the employees here at this location are amazing human beings and genuinely care and pay attention. Today, I was helped at the drive thru window by Jill and she was fantastic. Last time, I was helped by a gentleman whose name escapes me, but his husband is active duty military and currently deployed. We discussed his excitement about his husband's homecoming - truly just a gem of a human. Love this starbucks and the people!“

I understand that there are rush periods, but even at those times a please and thank you is never too much to ask from a cashier.
