“The manager here is a great person, I was involved in a auto accident on i75 that resulted in a loss of vehicle. At 12:00a.m. he still allowed us to order food with no vehicle and on top of that refused to let us pay for our order, he simply said "it's on us sorry to hear about the car accident "..when I think about his kindness I'm speechless...thank you again!!..“

“Today everything was right and I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get my food. I always do curbside pick sometimes they don’t bring all of the drinks and food out right away. Ice cream machine never works always out of sweet tea later in the night

The taste was delicious and I could taste the Mojo used in the roast pork they serve on the Cuban . We treated ourselves to a Guava/cream cheese empanada that was made to order and delicious!!! “I want to start by saying we love this place! My husband and I come here once a week for coffee and breakfast! BUT I will say the owners are not personable or very talkative at all. Sometimes they seem almost bothered or feel as you’re being rushed. The girls who work here are super sweet but again they seem to rush you. The layout of having a line of people order and then back track to get your food is odd. It just causes congestion! Again, we love the food but some of the staff just make it to where I don’t want to come anymore. The whole area was so excited for a local breakfast place but I just expected nicer staff I guess. I will say MaKayla (not owner) is always sweet and a girl she typically works dirty blonde hair and usually a ponytail is SO sweet as well!“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

“It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“My favorite Dunkin in the area!! The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.“
