At 12:00a.m. he still allowed us to order food with no vehicle and on top of that refused to let us pay for our order, he simply said "it's on us sorry to hear about the car accident "..when I think about his kindness I'm speechless...thank you again!!..“

“I have now been twice this week to the Box of Cubans New Tampa. First visit was takeout Cafe con Leches and they were excellent. My second visit was to try the Cuban Sandwich. It too exceeded my expectations. Tampa is a competitive market as the origin of the Cuban Sandwich was here. The Box of Cubans sandwich is definitely up to the competition as was as good as anywhere in this area. I highly recommend…“

“Tried Ryan’s Coffee House for the first time today. Had the S’more’s Iced Latte with Cold Foam and it was delicious! You both were super nice. Will definitely get coffee from your truck again.“

“I want to start by saying we love this place! My husband and I come here once a week for coffee and breakfast! BUT I will say the owners are not personable or very talkative at all. Sometimes they seem almost bothered or feel as you’re being rushed. The girls who work here are super sweet but again they seem to rush you. The layout of having a line of people order and then back track to get your food is odd. It just causes congestion! Again, we love the food but some of the staff just make it to where I don’t want to come anymore. The whole area was so excited for a local breakfast place but I just expected nicer staff I guess. I will say MaKayla (not owner) is always sweet and a girl she typically works dirty blonde hair and usually a ponytail is SO sweet as well!“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. “It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.“
