“I have been here a couple times over the past year and it’s always on point and doesn’t disappoint;)
This restaurant is very clean and the staff is always very welcoming. This time I decided to leave a review as consistency makes a huge difference and they have been consistent so far in providing quality fresh food.
We got Thai Rice Chicken with General Tao’s, eggs rolls and some sweet and sour chicken. All were fresh and had wonderful tasting flavors but pointing out the Egg Rolls were absolutely awesome.
We drive 2 hours round trip, passing many Chinese restaurants to go here. It is just that good ;)“

“Observing no meat on Fridays during Lent, we ordered Shrimp Lo Mein and Shrimp Egg Foo Young. We ate there and were pleasantly surprised. For a fast food joint, they have a few tables and serve pretty good food. The service was friendly too.“

“Just wanted to say that we met one of the owners today, Jack. He was wonderful and so personable! He made sure our food was excellent and we were taken care of. We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy your food and we will certainly be back! If you haven’t been here you are truly missing out.“

“Good stuff! I went on Father’s Day. The two younger boys were working, very nice people helped me figure out what to order and corrected me when I almost ordered the wrong item. I recommend this place.
(I used to work kitchens was a chef for years and know good food so respect to these guys!)“

“Went here by myself and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I should have asked for names but the ladies working this morning 2/10/26 were kind and quick. I got the buffalo chicken (good) and open dumpling (phenomenal) options to eat there. Hot and super full! Then I got the crème brûlée option to go for my family and we all loved it. Overall for three picks and a coke plus tip it was only 25$ and I felt that was extremely reasonable considering the food amount and service. I will be back!“

“We had carryout to take back to our hotel. The Kungpow Chicken was outstanding. The best I ever had. perfectly spicy, lots of vegetables and chicken.My husband had the Sweet and Sour Park and he loved it! Thank you for making such high quality Asian food! Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!“

The food? 100/100 best chicken and soup and rice I’ve ate in my life, I live a hour away and I’ll drive out here just for their chicken noodle soup alone not to mention the fried rice and huge list of meals you can get for such a great price in today’s economic crazy standards, this place is so amazing for the price and the quality of the food honestly they should
Charge more! But that’s why I los don’t mind driving a hour for it <3
The service? Made me realize how terrible American culture is because they are so kind and thoughtful and attentive!
The speed of the food btw you’ll get it quicker than chick fila I promise you!

“Absolutely delicious Chinese food just a few minutes from me! The staff is very friendly and the orders come out in a good amount of time, even if they're busy. Ya, I know it might not be great to wait up a half hour when they're busy but, it's worth the wait. 😄 I've come here myself many times and have *not* been dissatisfied once. Thanks to all of the hardworking employees for the great service and food!
PS - It would be nice if this place could have their own website and not Door Dash's website. Also, could someone post updated menu pictures, OF THE WHOLE MENU? Thanks.“

“Blue Bamboo is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The Sichuan bowl was packed with bold flavor without being overpowering, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do, Blue Bamboo is a must. I’ll definitely be back.“

“We ordered the orange chicken, chicken wings and broccoli pork today along with pork fried rice and shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. Everything tasted delicious with fresh ingredients and great taste. We will be ordering again. keep up the good work we love it!“

“This place is delicious! I’ve had trouble finding a good Chinese takeout that has the traditional fried rice. They also have Perfect honey chicken That is already tossed in the sauce. It’s such a good balance of crispy, sweet and savory. Keep in mind this is a takeout only spot, but I found the owners to be so kind and efficient. Thanks for a great meal!“

“I’ve ordered a few times from them for take out and delivery. Food is consistently good, fresh, and delivered hot. Good value for money on sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian Chicken. Mongolian Beef lacks a bit in meat. Fried rice is excellent and spring rolls are tasty without being too greasy. Overall very pleased“

“Hands down one of the best Chinese Restaurants I have ever eaten at.
General TSOs Chicken - can't go wrong. The sauce is great with the perfect tang.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings - best around, and alot of meat. Don't let the menus quantity (I think 4 or 6) throw you off. They are a great size and average to cheap price for the portion size!
Sweet and Sour chicken leaves no question in expectations. Again, the sauce is great and the chicken is fresh and crisp.
The inside of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not writing this review for their interior. Their services are exceptional. They're fast, the food is amazing, and the price is budget friendly in today's economy.
The staff is also friendly. Just understand that if you call to place an order, you will get a call service that routes your order sometimes. Basically, the restaurant might not be who you get on the phone, so don't let the phone people decide your judgement.“

“Today I wanted to eat a fried rice, and well I came to order takeaway food here, I loved the banal flavor of the rice, and the meat was well cooked, and with an exquisite sauce, not disgusting, a shrimp dressing also incredible, I recommend them“

“This was our first time trying this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. We order two combo plates--boneless spare ribs and beef and broccoli. Both were very fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The fried dumplings were plump and the sauce was amazing also!
Service was also good. They were very polite and accommodating. After reading some reviews, I encourage you to understand everyone has good days and bad days. In the Chinese restaurant business, employees typically work 6-7 days a week so it's understandable, at least for me, that they can become irritable at times.
We will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants food that is fresh and made by hand, not canned and pre-made frozen.“

“This place is great! I've ordered 2 days in a row. The guy who picks up the phone is super personable and the driver to! Food was delivered quickly hot and delicious! My new favorite Chinese place. Got the honey chicken combo,he explained the sauce was on the side and made sure I was ok with that(I was), and the large shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp. We wanted extra shrimp and he politely explained the price which was very reasonable! Thank u for the food keep it up“

“I wish I had the gentleman's name, I called in my order and I had the sweetest guy on the phone. The food was hot and delicious and even got my husband's fried rice correct with NO onions lol. I'm not sure why they're rating it's low right now... we've been going there for years with no issues. The boneless spareribs and sweet and sour chicken were yummy! White meat chicken and it's not dried out.“

“Not the same as it used to be. Egg rolls are now always soggy and yucky. They are taking serving size to the extreme with regards to shrinkflation. Ask for double noodles and get half noodles same goes for the main course. More sauce less product.“

“Went to charge the car and stopped to get food here. Got a 3 item combo with bourbon chicken, Kung pao chicken and Mongolian steak. Everything was hot, tasted pretty good and the portions were pretty big. The employees were really nice also.“

“Have lived in this area since 1999 and this restaurant has consistently provided the very best service and food since it opened. The food is always excellent and ready for pickup when promised. The owners and employees are hard workers with terrific professional attitudes. I look forward to seeing them and enjoying the fresh delicious food they prepare.“
