“I will drive out of my way just to come to this starbucks. The team that works here is the best. They know me by name now because i do go frequently. No matter if I go into the store or drive thru my iced espresso is always on point and love all the workers! This my favorite store. “
“Beverages are good like all Starbucks. Food is okay and a little better than McDonald's. Counter service is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean, both the men's and the women's according to what my wife experienced. I had some kind of fruit drink but not a smoothie. It tasted similar to a Crystal Light drink and was $4.95. Since we had access to a clean bathroom and spent about $10 for 2 beverages, I was satisfied.“

“The baristas are friendly, fast, and great at their jobs. We pop in while we're visiting family from out of state and the baristas are always incredibly kind and patient when we have questions. They appear to be dog friendly, as I've run into many (very well behaved!) pups who come in to sit quietly with their humans. There's also lots to do nearby, including the Opera House, Whole Foods, parks, and shopping!“

They went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, offering friendly and efficient service that truly stood out. Warmly greeted when we entered. “Me and my family were heading home from vacation & stopped In for coffee , I was just recently in an accident and had surgery on my hand so I am in a sling , walking to the car I dropped my coffee and went back inside to order another one and was so upset , the staff took care of it for me and treated me so good . EVERYONE was so sweet and compassionate. Made my “almost breakdown “ go away . That’s how people should treat people , THANK YOU !!“

“This is one of the friendliest and most courteous Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited!\n\nI’m staying in Lido Key for two months and was initially disappointed to see the St. Armand’s Circle store temporarily closed. That meant finding another nearby Starbucks—and I’m so glad I found this one and will continue to go out of my way to visit.\n\nThe team here is incredibly organized, friendly, and efficient. They serve a high volume of customers with such passion and dedication—it’s clear that this level of service starts at the top and extends to every team member.\n\nOn just my second visit, I walked in and was warmly greeted by Leslie—who not only remembered my name but also asked if I wanted my usual short black dark roast! I was beyond impressed and continue to feel genuinely valued every time I visit, whether in-store or at the drive-thru.\n\nA huge THANK YOU to the entire team for making each visit such a positive start to my day. “People don't think customer service is needed sometimes. This Starbucks will prove you wrong. The entire staff was so friendly and talkative that i thought I was being pranked. The drinks were perfectly done, The food was spot on and the cleaniness of the store was superb. Even with a long line and a drive thru that was oput of the parking lot busy, the staff all spoke and gave me an almost personalized tone. I wish I lived here for this everyday. “I recently visited the Starbucks at 3700 Cattlemen Rd in Sarasota, and while I was initially frustrated to find out they were out of the base for my usual drink, the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher, my mood quickly shifted thanks to the incredible service from a barista named Jozuel. He was so sweet and kindly explained the situation, offering a great alternative by recommending the Mango Dragonfruit drink. Oh my goodness—talk about going from frustrated to absolutely loving Starbucks even more! Jozuel’s exceptional service turned my experience around. Way to go, Jozuel, and kudos to Starbucks for having such a gem on your team! You've got a keeper!“
“Our favorite Starbucks! Consider it our home store. We've come to know the crew on the weekends, very personable, and they take the time (even during the busy rushes) to make sure everything is right. Knowing that they remember you and engage you makes a big difference, whether you're in the store or just in the drive thru.“
“This Starbucks is hands down the best in the area. They are always friendly and ALWAYS make my drink just the way I like it. Today I went to a different Starbucks (my mistake) and was left with this pathetic excuse of a drink. It’s not even full. THIS Starbucks inside target would never allow a customer to experience this. “I live close to the mall and since having my daughter, I've joined an amazing class called Fit4Mom. After the class I grab a coffee from Starbucks and Patrick has been there. He is always incredibly kind and even remembered our names asking how my daughter is doing and everything! It really stands out to me as you can see in my previous review 5 years ago that service isn't always perfect but it really shows when it is or even jist being personable and kind goes a long way! Thanks for being kind to my daughter and I at our weekly visits!Original review 2018-I been coming to the UTC mall since it opened and visit the Starbucks regulary. I haven't always got the best service but I get the ABSOLUTE BEST service everytime THEODORE is there. He is always making my drink the best, correct the first time, or is always quick to fix it if something is wrong! THEODORE is an amazing barista and my favorite to visit! Always super kind even when another customer is unfriendly to him, he always remains sweet! Whenever I come to UTC and want a coffee, I look for Theodore everytime!!! Thanks!“
