“This establishment has thee VERY BEST DAY & NIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I frequent here EVERYDAY.. KAIT IS THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST and it’s always a pleasure seeing her smiling face. She and all the other crew members are just the best. I love this establishment

“Beverages are good like all Starbucks. Food is okay and a little better than McDonald's. Counter service is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean, both the men's and the women's according to what my wife experienced. I had some kind of fruit drink but not a smoothie. It tasted similar to a Crystal Light drink and was $4.95. Since we had access to a clean bathroom and spent about $10 for 2 beverages, I was satisfied.“

“The baristas are friendly, fast, and great at their jobs. We pop in while we're visiting family from out of state and the baristas are always incredibly kind and patient when we have questions. They appear to be dog friendly, as I've run into many (very well behaved!) pups who come in to sit quietly with their humans. There's also lots to do nearby, including the Opera House, Whole Foods, parks, and shopping!“
“My first time to this Starbucks, and was incredibly impressed by the service here, namely a lovely Server named Ash! She answered my stupid questions and cared so much to get my order correct. My order was PERFECT, THANK YOU ASH!! I will be coming back again.
Parking: Just park in front of Target, enter left-side doors, and Starbucks is inside the door on left-side, very quick in and out!“

“Super friendly staff! Andrew the manager greeted me and made sure I was taken care. Andrew has a well run store and clearly cares about customer service. Picked up my usual pink drink and also a peppermint mocha and tomato mozzarella for my husband. Everything delicious!“

“I've been coming here for a few months now and they're always really attentive. Sometimes it takes a bit long but considering the amount of customers (inside the store or out in the drive-thru), I believe they're very efficient. Everyone has also given me a great attitude. I love how they recognize me by now! 😀“

“I feel most people get the same quality of beverages at any Starbucks. If you are just looking to order your coffee and leave... this is the place for you. However, if you are wanting to sit and study it is AWFUL!!!! They got rid of tables and expanded their back. You need a code to use the bathroom. It is very loud inside even with headphones one as you can constantly hear the drinks being made. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. If you are looking at a good study spot I'd suggest the one off Clark Rd. but not here.“

“This Starbucks is hands down the best in the area. They are always friendly and ALWAYS make my drink just the way I like it. Today I went to a different Starbucks (my mistake) and was left with this pathetic excuse of a drink. It’s not even full. THIS Starbucks inside target would never allow a customer to experience this. Love you guys!!“

“I live close to the mall and since having my daughter, I've joined an amazing class called Fit4Mom. After the class I grab a coffee from Starbucks and Patrick has been there. He is always incredibly kind and even remembered our names asking how my daughter is doing and everything! It really stands out to me as you can see in my previous review 5 years ago that service isn't always perfect but it really shows when it is or even jist being personable and kind goes a long way! Thanks for being kind to my daughter and I at our weekly visits!Original review 2018-I been coming to the UTC mall since it opened and visit the Starbucks regulary. I haven't always got the best service but I get the ABSOLUTE BEST service everytime THEODORE is there. He is always making my drink the best, correct the first time, or is always quick to fix it if something is wrong! THEODORE is an amazing barista and my favorite to visit! Always super kind even when another customer is unfriendly to him, he always remains sweet! Whenever I come to UTC and want a coffee, I look for Theodore everytime!!! Thanks!“
“I appreciate this store. I went to the one on 70 this morning and they seemed to be having a bad day. I ordered my usual trenta iced coffee/almond milk/caramel syrup/ extra shot. The 70 store forgot the syrup, no big deal so i swung through the drive thru again and asked them to throw some in real quick. The girl in the window was nice, took my drink and they dumped it out and remade it. But this time they made it with cow milk and no shot. I get it we are human no big deal. Instead of being a karen and asking for it to be altered again i hit the store on university.
They were so sweet and understanding. Remade my drink for me and sent me on my way. I get pretty bad stomach issues with the cows milk so it was a get a new drink or dont have coffee situation. So I sincerely appreciated the time they took to fix this for me.
