Staff was friendly but felt as if they were paycheck instead. Don't blame the and could of been I went during a lunch rush many factors could give that impression Soo I don't blame them. When I placed my order, I asked for ketchup. They no longer had a self-serve pump and were offering individual packets instead. I casually asked if they had bulk ketchup in the back, and the manager, Kelsey (apologies if I misspelled her name), politely offered to open the packets for me to make it easier. She was sincere and professional, explaining that she aims to keep customers happy because that’s what keeps the business running.
I declined her offer to open the packets, but I appreciated the level of customer service she demonstrated. The interaction was both courteous and memorable.
Overall, the fish was well-cooked, satisfying, and reasonably priced. For anyone looking for a quick, affordable seafood option in Sebring, Captain D’s is worth considering.“

“Other than giving my order to a person who looked like he just wanted to go home, and was not that friendly. This wasn't too bad of a visit. Enjoyed discovering a special on the chicken tenders meal they have there. Chicken tenders and occasional ice cream orders are my two main reasons for going to DQ. Of course they have burgers there also, and their great selection of blizzards and other ice cream treats. The chicken tender meal was a bit smaller, but cost less. The special part of the meal was that it included a small sundae. Don't visit any Dairy Queen restaurants too often since I don't eat that much ice cream (junk food). But, do enjoy those chicken tenders with some great gravy available for them. Do get the enjoyable blizzard occasionally of course.“

“We ordered a large pepperoni and a large deluxe pizza for delivery. They said about 45 minutes. I would say it came in about a half an hour.
The pizza was delivered fairly hot and had very good flavor.
For some reason, this area doesn’t seem to put very much sauce on their pizzas.“

“George was the guy who took my order. He also was at the window and gave me our food. I ordered the wrong lux box and George was so kind to change my order and get me the right one. I rounded up for schools because of his kindness. And then when I got to the window, he was also kind. He was professional, he did not tarry or waste any time. It was his attitude and his kindness that was just very special. And I ask him, can I put a review about you on google?And he smiled and said sure. “We went there very early right after they opened the lady working there was very nice. My youngest daughter was a very complicated sandwich and sometimes people complain about having to make it, but she made it with a smile on her face and was very polite. We gave her a tip. I would highly recommend going to this Subway, especially early on Saturday morning. I did not catch the lady's name but thank you“

“Food was a little burnt (fish) but still ok to eat , service was not great . Place was very dirty and the bathrooms we’re disgusting, plenty of people working at the establishment, no reason for dirty tables/ seats and restrooms, we live Culver’s but not so sure we will be back to this location.“
