I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. “I have a son that resides in Florida near this Rita’s. Him and I were on a jog during my visit, and nearing the end of our 7 miles run, we run smack into this brand new Rita’s. Not my ideal post run meal, but the place felt so welcoming. So, I listened to my instincts, and went to go grab one of their delicious frozen treats. I ended getting the Italian ice flight, and boy o boy, what a flavorful treat. Had my taste buds dancing like it was our first time listening to careless whisper all over again. Plus the customer service was top notch. 100/5!“

“Cannot recommend Art Monkey enough! We recently hosted our young daughter’s birthday there and it was the absolute sweetest time! The new owners made planning flawless and everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. She was so good with the kids and they had a blast. Made her day so special and all the parents kept commenting how they enjoyed it as well (food and wine/beer a major plus!). “Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.“

We were 3 people and it was about ~$85 for all of us? We ordered: Mango Peach Tea w/ popping mango boba, 2 strawberry soufflé pancakes and a mango soufflé pancake & 3 fish thingy pepperoni flavored.

It was not so busy if you get there as soon as they open but it goes busier as time passed. The drinks took ~10 mins from when we sat and waited. Then it was about 20-30 mins after to get the pancakes. We didn’t mind the wait since we were there to enjoy but it was definitely a cool experience. The pancakes we loved the most) because it melted in our mouths.“

I want to commend the wonderful team at the Häagen‑Dazs location in Brandon Mall, especially Gemma, for their outstanding customer service.

Thanks to being on a statin, I’ve made it a weekend tradition to treat myself to a chocolate milkshake here—and I always receive an exceptional experience.

Gemma consistently anticipates my visit—often starting to scoop my order as I arrive.
Even when she’s not on shift, the other team members know and prepare my order just as warmly and professionally.

This level of care, familiarity, and dedication makes me feel like more than just a customer.
Their team transforms a simple chocolate milkshake into a highlight of my week.

“Hard to get price initially. Their customer service has improved a lot. Maybe they have had problems with street venders in the past. I Was able to set up delivery and really good top notch service from delivery man. Would recommend some products for mobile venders. Their gh faces are farely priced, but a little cheapish product wise. I wish gh would of kept weight at 4oz.., but thats gh not sweethart. Thank god gh not mess with sponge bob.“

“I love it all from the homemade vanilla to Double Dutch chocolate and I wish you guys would put more Vanilley wafers in the Banana pudding ice cream.i get these cravings for this ice cream and seen a lot of comments on other flavors I have got to try I always get the one I love and never try the other flavors but their is one flavor I have never seen that blue bell makes it's the Orange Swirl I love those Popsicles when I can find them, but I'm never seen it in the half a gallon mabe this well be a new flavor soon keep up the good work love that blue bell ice cream“
