I was starving when I arrived and my food was up and ready in short order. Impressive! My waiter, Josh, was amazing! He had other tables to wait on, but he made us feel like we were the only ones. I think I’ll be spending a lot more time dining in. Carrabba’s exceeded all of my expectations! Great work guys!“

“Wow I literally just finished my meal and went straight to yelp because the seafood was that good. It reminded me of Baja California but with gulf coast local seafood. I enjoyed the authentic food and environment. Ive been looking all over for a spot like this and I was lucky to have found this hidden gem. You can tell they cook from the heart. I ordered the 7 mares soup and every type of fish in the soup was extremely fresh and tasty. I also ordered the shrimp cocktail and fish ceviche which was also ridiculously good. If you order seafood paella anywhere and expect it to be served as quickly as a cheeseburger, you'll likely be disappointed with the time taken or the food quality. The best paella is not quick to cook. It's not pre-made and waiting to be ordered. It's cooked fresh to order. Our server was concerned about the time it took to prepare but we were fine. My wife said it was well worth the wait as was my Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon with pineapple-mango salsa and cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes. Our waiter, Muhamed, was cheerful, informed, helpful, and attentive without being “too much”. My wife's Sunset Berry Sangria and my Sunrise Moscato Sangria were unique and awesome, to say the least.“

“Try Keith’s Oaks Bar and Grill in Brandon (🙂 108 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Brandon, FL 33511-5306)! It’s a friendly place with good food (and Modelo). Nothing fancy. I had The Bandit, a pounded, dipped and fried pork chop that covered the plate and crispy sweet potato fries. I snagged a bite of loaded steak, which had terrific flavor, and the shrimp were luscious biggies. Used to be A-1-A Cafe. Give this out of the box choice a try.“

“Yes, this is a chain but very few locations in Florida. I used to eat this a lot in Indiana and glad there is one here. It's just a very solid sandwich. The bread is good and the meats, cheeses, and toppings are fresh. It is very like a Publix sub but a touch better in my opinion. If you're in the area check one out! Jazzi was amazing as well. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish!!

A week after Helene we were hard pressed to find something open or a full menu available or accepting credit cards...etc. Lolis isn't the most aesthetically pleasing venue, because it's a counter where you place orders and a very modest dining room where the food is brought to you when ready. On the front counter is a plastic utensil dispenser next to one delivering a napkin per pull.

If you don't care about any of that but love authentic Mexican food, then you're in luck! As I wrote, we had a large group and most ordered different items. All of us agreed the offerings were made from fresh, high quality ingredients. Even something as simple as queso and chips was great with corn, onion, a few other vegetables mixed in the cheese. It's a bit pricey for an establishment with its "look" however you'll get premium taste for that $12-$20 per person!

Parking: Parking lot is somewhat small because the property is a strip mall and there are other businesses; however some of the post-Milton damage may have obscured some spots.“

“We were really pleased with our dinner outing to Ybor Grill in Ruskin, We had 5 people and everyone was pleased with their dinners. The highlight is all the food tastes like it came from a home kitchen...like it was made personally for us. I really like the meatloaf, others liked the shrimp dish and the chicken dishes, the side dishes of plantain, yuca, chefs special were all exceptional. Service was as good as can be by Alicie R who was friendly and efficient, explained everything and added a lot of enjoyment to the whole experience. We can't wait to go back.“

“WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! This restaurant buys its reviews by offering visitors a free steak and lobster tail if they leave a 5-star rating. We inquired about this offer after being told to leave a 5star - AND - the server has to take picture of your review, and like. After we left a 5star we asked where the steak and lobster tail was. The server told us 'no steak and lobster', only steak. The manager "Johnny" came over and said it was 'corporate doing offer - "they are not". The manager tried telling us that the offer did not start yet but was posted as an "active deal 3hrs ago that ends on 05-15-2025" and he not doing offer - "its corporate not us" . The manager then walks away and brings back a steak dark grey that is bad color and a bad smell even after it was cooked. We could not get drink refills, could not get the empty plates removed, could not get the servers attention from server other big 6 top tables.“

I thought that Tung Tung was good but they could not touch this place, the food when I bit into the chicken wing was soooo delicious, the egg roll was good the kam pao chicken was great and I tasted my husband's shrimp fried rice and it was amazing ? “We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW.
